Some of the greatest stars in country music are recording, writing and taking meetings on this street daily. Within minutes you can walk to places like Well Coffeehouse, Hattie B's, Losers/Winners, the Baked Bear, Tin Roof, Virgin Hotel, iconic rooftop bars, and so much more.
There is unassigned parking in the secure garage connected to the condo building, that is first-come, first-serve. Additional free street parking available. A car is not needed though as this area is walkable. Ubers/Lyfts are also readily available & affordable to get you where you need to go. The pool is open seasonally. It is up to our HOA as to when the pool opens and closes each year.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.
Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.
Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.
