Inside, the apartment is filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a bright and welcoming space to unwind. The living area features plush furnishings and a smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The fully equipped kitchen, with sleek appliances and barstool seating, is the ideal space for preparing meals or enjoying takeout from nearby hotspots.

Retreat to one of two comfortable bedrooms when it's time to rest. The primary bedroom boasts a queen bed, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom also features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom that is also accessible from the living area.

Located in the Odyssey, you’ll also have access to the building’s resort-style amenities, including a seasonal pool, BBQ area, fire pits, and a state-of-the-art gym to round out your stay. There's even Tito's Mexican Restaurant located directly in the building!

Visitors flock to Broadway, a street lined with multi-level bars playing live music and serving bbq. You might get stuck in traffic behind party bikes called Pedal Taverns, but you’re more likely to cheer them on than get road rage because having fun is part of the culture in Nashville.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, with elevator access available.
- Due to ongoing development in the area, you may experience nearby construction noise during your stay.

Parking Details:
- Parking is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis in the top-floor parking garage. No reserved parking. Guests can park in any spot that is not marked reserved. No parking pass required.
- If no garage spaces are available upon your arrival, or If you have extra vehicles, additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
