The Space:

This home is a combination of 2 condos, private on the inside and connected on the outside by a spacious balcony that spans the length of the 2 units. It's truly a penthouse experience with this top floor balcony overlooking the unparalleled beauty of the Ozarks.



The balcony is partially shaded with space to relax on comfortable seating, plus open-air dining tables are ready to host memorable meals outside. Either unit (Branson Blue Lakeview or The Gathering Place at the Nest) can be rented individually, in which case the balcony is made private. But when travelling in a group, take advantage of this duo with double the space.



Between enjoying the property’s outdoor space and exploring all there is in Branson, you’ll certainly need some time to unwind indoors. Each half of Table Rock Lookout Duo has a cozy living room furnished for just that with a large couch, smart tv, and even a small, multi-use desk space. The modern kitchens are fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and cookware for intimate meals at home. Each unit has an indoor dining table right of the kitchen with seating for 6.



When booked together, these units sleep a total of 10 guests between 4 private bedrooms (2 bedrooms on each side) and a sleeper sofa in unit 6.



Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower. Sliding glass doors open from the bedroom right onto the home’s balcony.



Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo. Another set of sliding glass doors open onto the balcony.



Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- These are walk-up units requiring you to take the stairs with 15 steps to reach the entry door.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- A total of 4 parking spaces are provided.

- Washer and dryer in each unit.

- An air mattress is in the unit for an additional two people.

- Access to seasonal pools only. Pools, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are not responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.

- Smoking is not allowed in the building anywhere including decks and stairways. Penalty is $500 if there is found evidence of smoking.

On water and on land, you’re surrounded by some of the most stunning scenery in the Ozarks.



This enviable location also puts you 20-25 minutes from Downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley. Between your planned excursions and the fun you just happen to find, there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy.



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
