The spacious yet cozy living room is a welcome place to kick up your feet after a long day of exploring the local sights and thrills, with vaulted ceilings, comfortable sofa, and recliner seating, and large mounted smart TV. The open floor plan keeps the conversation flowing from room to room as you step into the chic dining area with table and chairs for 6. Just beyond, a generous, well-equipped kitchen with all standard appliances, drip coffee maker, cookware, and dining ware can accommodate any type of meal you desire whether it be homemade or trying takeout from a local restaurant. If you have barbeque fans in your group, a grill on the deck provides more delicious meal options which can be enjoyed on the outdoor dining table with additional seating for 6.



This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a full size sofa sleeper in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, private deck access, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub.



Bedroom #3 includes 2 queen size beds and a smart TV.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 35 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick it up after them.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles – 1 in front of the garage and 1 between garages. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.

• This is a walk-up unit with 4 steps leading to the entryway.

• Community pools open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Silver Dollar City, only 7 minutes and just 2.8 miles away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880s theme and great for family fun! Downtown Branson, just 10.5 miles away, is a historic town dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.

If you are bringing a pet - please note that the Pet Fee is not included in the total price paid at booking. An additional Pet Fee of $125 will be applied after the booking is complete.
