Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.



The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125. To avoid fines, please pick up after your pet.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.

• This is a 2nd-floor, walk-up unit, with 17 steps required to reach the main door.
