The Space:
The home has been thoughtfully decorated with neutral decor and complimenting blue accents. The open-concept layout creates a natural flow between rooms and is prime for entertaining. The living space highlights comfortable seating, a TV, and access to the large patio. Outside, the patio gives plenty of space for you to enjoy dining al fresco with fellow guests!

Back inside, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up some signature dishes from home. A full suite of major appliances and a toaster, blender, and coffee maker are all available for your convenience. The extended counter provides 2 stools for casual dining or steps away guests can gather together at the table for 4.

The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms. Each space is furnished with luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.

- Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a Queen bed and TV.
- Bedroom #2 is configured with 2 Queen beds, a TV, and an en-suite with a shower/tub combo.

In addition to the en-suite, the property offers a 2nd full bathroom with a shower/tub combo to accommodate guests.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.
- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule.
