The Space:

This spacious 1400+ square foot retreat is newly remodeled and fully equipped with amenities for your enjoyment while you unwind between excursions to Branson's many attractions. With an unbeatable location, a stylish interior featuring all new kitchen, furniture, bedding, and décor, this home might just turn into your annual retreat!



Makin' Memories 2 offers an open-concept design that gives direct sightlines between the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room offers ample seating with one sofa turning into a Queen size sofa sleeper, a 55” Smart TV, a game cabinet, and an outside patio (a great place to enjoy a restful morning or catch a beautiful Branson sunset)!



The large, newly remodeled kitchen comes with brand new quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and everything you need to whip up a wonderful home-cooked meal. Additional kitchenware such as a blender, crockpot, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and more are available for your convenience.



The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms and the sleeper sofa in the living room.



- Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a king size bed, 55” Smart TV, patio access, and private ensuite bathroom. The ensuite features a massive vanity and shower/jetted tub combo.

- Bedroom #2 is decked out with a queen size bed, 55” Smart TV, and shared ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- PROVIDED FOR THE KIDS – Pack N’ Play with memory foam mattress, kids’ plates, bowls, and cups, as well as a highchair/toddler chair.

- Washer/Dryer in the unit for guest use.

- This is a top floor unit – an easy walk up 1 level of stairs.

- The outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

This home is located in the highly sought after “The Foothills”, a part of the Thousand Hills Golf Resort. The indoor-outdoor pool, sauna, hot tub and fitness area is just a short walk from the front door! Beyond the resort-style community, Memories to the Max is situated in the heart of Branson! The property is just a few blocks from the 76 Country Music Blvd (The Strip) and minutes from music venues, restaurants, shopping and activities that the entire family can enjoy! Historic Downtown Branson is less than 4 miles away and a great place to stumble upon live music, a festival, or other fantastic events. Table Rock and Taneycomo Lakes both offer water sports, fishing and outdoor activities, and of course there is Silver Dollar City, one of America’s favorite Amusement/Theme parks just a short 8 miles drive away. The list of “things to do” is truly endless!



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
