Summary:

Cityscape Memories awaits you! One main floor with vaulted ceilings connects all rooms in this charming condo. The living room is equipped with a sofa that doubles as a sleeper, Smart TV, and access to the spacious sunroom. The sunroom offers seating, and a view of Branson attractions.



The Space:

Back inside everything you may need to whip up a delicious meal is in the comfort of your own kitchen, equipped with all utensils, appliances, and necessary counter space. You’ll find it fully stocked with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and more. The wrap around counter offers counter seating for 4. Shift your mealtime to the spacious dining table which sits eight or take it onto patio to dine al fresco!



The condo sleeps 14 comfortably between the 4 bedrooms, and the sofa sleeper.



Bedrooms #1 and #3 offer 2 full beds, a TV, and an en-suite. Both en-suites are equipped with shower/tub combo’s.



Bedrooms #2 and #4 are situated with a King bed, TV, and en-suite. The bedroom #2 en-suite offers a walk-in shower, and is accessible from the hallway as well. The bedroom #4 en-suite is equipped with a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a walk-up unit. Stairs required.

- There is a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.

- Parking is available for two spaces directly in front of the building.

- Community pool use is NOT permitted for guests.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

Very clean. Host responsive but it seemed not knowledgeable about the parking situation and not clear about getting the voucher for two tickets that are promised.

Great location and great hosts

This location provided us with enough space for our family to have our own spaces when needed. We very much appreciated. The each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was great to be able to use a full kitchen for a few meals that we did eat in the home. When we make it back to Branson, we will definitely look at this property again.

Fun in Branson

This was a great place to stay with my daughters and granddaughters. The rooms are big and comfortable. There is an enclosed porch that provided extra space, The kitchen was well equipped with the necessary items so that we could fix some of our own meals. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We had a question for the host and the answer was returned very quickly. This property is very close to Branson attractions and easy to get to. Parking is convenient and it felt safe when we arrived after dark in the evenings.

The cleanest!

Our family has been coming to Branson yearly for over 30 years. Although this wasn't the newest property we have stayed at, it was the cleanest. There were no fragrances to cover up dirt, just lovely and clean. The bedrooms were spacious. The beds were nice and comfortable, and the apartment was quiet. The location is excellent, too, just a few blocks off the strip. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. If I had any hesitations to offer, it would be to a large group. We had seven in our party, and we filled up the seating in the open living space: the small table seats six, the small sofa seats three, and there is a recliner. There is a table in the enclosed porch that seats four, but I didn't find any thermostat for heating and cooling out there. We would consider this condo again, but not for a party any larger than we had.

Close to Strip

For the most part the unit is okay. Pluses of this unit: location it’s very close to the Branson strip and enough space to spread out if traveling with others. Minuses of this unit: beds are very uncomfortable there is this weird foam on top of the beds that are awful to sleep on, the unit is dated and needs upgrades and price doesn’t match value of unit.

So nice!

Everything was so clean and up to date! Every room and bathroom was completely stocked with extra towels and washcloths, pillows and toilet paper. We loved the sun room and the view. It’s located close to everything! We were upstairs but it’s a very easy 2 flight walk. Also each room has 2 entrances which would be good if you have people coming in at different times!

Family Vacation

Very disappointed with this property. All four bedrooms had terrible mattresses. Three inch foam on top of broken down mattresses. Socks were very dirty from walking on carpet in bedrooms. Couch was so broken down it nearly sat on the floor. This unit was very poorly kept. Needs lots of updates. Smoke alarm went off when we first arrived. Call number listed twice and go no response. Grandson finally took the battery out. It was a good location and we did enjoy our family time.

Wonderful Time in Branson!!

The property was as advertised. The 4- bedroom/4 full bath accommodated my 13-member family with ease. It was clean and ready to receive guest at the agreed time. Communication was through text and email. The property managers responded quickly to all communication. Check-in / check-out procedures were clear and easily followed. Close to all attractions and in a safe quiet area. No problem with this stay.
