Frederick Lee Lakehouse fue construido como nuestra casa de vacaciones familiares en Priest Lake en 2012. Está convenientemente ubicado a poca distancia de Coolin.
Ofrece 3 niveles con 4 acogedoras habitaciones y 3 1/2 baños y puede acomodar fácilmente a 2 familias.
Hay una cocina personalizada con un centro de bebidas separado y una gran máquina de hielo para ayudar a mantener fluidas las bebidas de verano.
Notará acabados personalizados de alta gama en toda la casa.
Una sala de juegos / entretenimiento en la planta baja facilita el entretenimiento de los niños.
Lo mejor de todo es disfrutar de la espaciosa terraza orientada al oeste para cenar y observar las increíbles puestas de sol de Priest Lake.
Esta casa frente al lago está situada en el paseo marítimo que ofrece un gran muelle para descansar y entretenerse. Hay un amplio amarre para múltiples embarcaciones y / o embarcaciones personales.

We had a great stay! The home was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and the host was very easy to communicate with. We'd definitely stay again.

Check-in was very easy; the driveway is a little steep, but we had no problems parking. The kitchen was the best. It had everything you need to cook anything. Every room and bathrooms were very well equipped for all your needs. The boat dock and lift worked very well for us. The boat lift was definitely a boat saver as it may get windy in the afternoon.

The Cabin is amazing, and the communication with Brenda was over the top! When we go to Priest Lake I'm always worried about our boat and storms-- the boat lift was perfect, and very hard to find in Vrbo at Priest Lake. We highly recommend this family and Cabin:)

Great location, very clean

The property is in a great location. Close to Coolin for coffee or groceries. The beach/water is very shallow which was nice for the twin girls. It's a great property to make wonderful memories.

Perfection and Peace

My husband and I travel a lot. We own a travel adventure company and we’ve rented villas, hotels and resorts worldwide. Our week at the lake is always special because it’s not about work, it’s about family, our kids and their friends. We cherish the chance to slow down and unplug. This house was perfection and just what we needed. To start, the owner is lovely, very attentive and kind. Every exchange was pleasant and we always felt welcome. The home is well appointed, very clean and extremely comfortable. Located within walking distance to town, with stunning sunsets and a zen like view of the lake. We can’t wait to return. This one is a 10 out of 10.

Air conditioning

The home was very nice and close to the lake. But we could not even enjoy it for much of the day. It was so hot that we had 3 of our party leave early. The only reason the rest of us stayed was because we could not change our flight back home with a significant charge. For as much as we paid you would think every possible option would be thought of. Very disappointing vacation.

This was an exceptional place to stay. Very clean, with all the amenities necessary for a wonderful vacation. This lake house was well furnished and well equipped. The guest information was detailed and the owners were easy to contact. We would stay here again and recommend it to our friends and family.

Very nice house

This home on Priest Lake is very nice. The kitchen amenities are extraordinary. Every appliance and gadget you could ever need including a wine/beverage cooler. The house is well built, pristine and has plenty of bathrooms. There is a small beach for small children and a great dock. Coolin is shallow so diving off of the dock is a big no-no. We could stand in the water off the end of the dock. The good news is it makes the water very pleasant and not nearly as cold as the deeper parts of the lake. We had no problems trying up our boat and water sports were just great for the kids and adults. The owners were very responsive and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. We had a great time.

a very nice place to stay

The house is very nice. The location is great; close to Coolin but not so close as to have a bunch of traffic. The house is not so close to the road that you hear any noise or get much dust. The view is tremendous. It would be nice to have air conditioning but it was very hot the week we were there and it was not bad inside. There is air conditioning in one upstairs bedroom. There is a small sandy beach and a nice dock. You can't go wrong spending a week here at Priest Lake.

AMAZING!

We had the most amazing week at Priest Lake and the Frederick Lee Lakefront home. The location was perfect and the home is beautiful - providing everything you could ask for in a vacation home. Our family is already looking at our calendars to figure out when we can go back and we will for sure be staying at this home again. Definitely one of our family's top vacations!

Perfect vacation

We had a perfect week in the perfect home. The accommodations were wonderful and the home has everything you can possibly need. The owners are amazing to work with and overall, we had a perfect vacation. This is a beautiful home on a great part of the lake. We will definitely be back!!!!

Stayed here back in "2014" with the Sophia H group. The date of arrival did not allow me to go back that far ... but it's only 2 years, and you can see how happy everyone is still ... it is now when I come to look again at visiting Priest Lake, that I see that this property is still available. It was perfect. The peace. The tranquility. The beauty. The house was as sophisticated and elegant a 'cabin home' as I had ever seen ... and I've been to some ritzy places on Coeur D'Alene for example. Comfortable. Spotless. Serene. As I type great memories are flooding back. Thank you for a wonderful experience on this superlative lake.

Our family has been visiting Priest Lake since the 1980's. This is absolutely the Best place we have ever stayed. We have already booked it for next summer! I recommend this beautiful, well appointed, excellently stocked, quality home to anyone.

Frederick Lee August Stay 2016

Our family has been to PL twice now, and this years' stay was wonderful. I can't say enough about the Frederick Lee house. The location is perfect - close to town, the marina, and local hiking. For accommodations, the house was well stocked with everything a family would need, including an amazing kitchen, outdoor chairs, blankets, games, etc.. We were able to get a boat from the local Crown Jewel of ID place in town and were minutes away to kayak to our own dock. A great place to visit - anytime - thank you for providing us with a beautiful vacation spot!

Great trip. Cabin was well and beautifully appointed and not cluttered. Pics were accurate detailing of property. Owners were great to work with. Only concern is the steep driveway with loose gravel.

Incredibly comfortable home on Priest Lake

Having stayed in many VRBO and airbnb properties over the years, this home ranks at the top of our experiences. Everything listed in the property description is accurate. The owners spared no expense, from the high quality beds, pillows, linens and towels ~ to the gourmet kitchen equipped with everything you can imagine needing. The home is spacious with a choice of areas for recreating AND quiet relaxation. Being on the water, this property has unobstructed, spectacular views and easy access to the sandy beach and dock. The home is 1/2 mile from the local general store, boat rentals, and dining. If there was a sixth star available it would be given to the owners who were delightful to work with and communicated quickly and easily ~ before, during and after our stay. We highly recommend reserving your vacation time here a.s.a.p.

One of the best rentals I've stayed in.

This newer home is in like new condition. It is nicely furnished with a very well equipped kitchen and an excellent BBQ. Being located less than a mile from Coolin was great for walks to the store and made boat fueling easy. The owner was excellent to work with. Only small complaints were terribly slow wifi and the single air conditioner in an upstairs bedroom allowed the house to get up to 85 degrees during some 95 degree weather. I would highly recommend the house to friends.

Great Vacation With Added Conveniences

We made wonderful memories at this home and working with the homeowner was extremely easy as she was quick to respond. The kitchen was well equipped/stocked which helped with meal times and cleanup. The location gives you the perfect amount of peace, quiet and privacy but it's also close to a store and a few restaurants which was an added bonus since several vacation homes on Priest Lake are quite remote. I was a little worried about hauling garbage but that too was close, cheap and convenient...no big deal. I would stick to the homeowners advice that young children/toddlers should be considered before renting, there are stairs and a path to the private dock/beach which may be tough with younger ones. Our 5 year old boys did fine. Great home and we love Priest Lake !!!

Great family vacation!

This was a wonderful spot and cabin for our family's lake vacation. We had 6 adults and 4 children. The children ranged from 1 to 8. As recommended by the owner, we brought a gate for the 1-year old for the deck, which worked out very well for us. We also brought a beach umbrella for the dock, where we spent most of our time. The description of the area, the cabin and the amenities was very accurate. The kitchen was obviously furnished by a gourmet cook and well appreciated by my gourmet cooks. Actually, the whole house was well furnished with lots of extras. The owners were super helpful with any questions we had and very easy to work with. Leonard Paul is a store in walking distance down the road. They carry groceries, beer, wine, rental movies, as well as restaurant items, ice cream cones, and an espresso bar. It's one of the local hang-outs. A little ways up the road from there is a great boat rental place (Crown Jewel Water Sports); owners are nice to do business with. Lots of good places for hiking boating, fishing, canoeing, and kayaking. Upper Priest is beautiful spot for canoeing as well. Hill's Resort (across the lake from Coolin) has an excellent restaurant. Cavanaugh's at Cavanaugh's Bay (same side of the lake, just a little further than Coolin) also has good food. All in all, we were very happy with our accommodations and would recommend it to anyone interested in a nice vacation at a beautiful pristine lake. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We're looking forward to a repeat vacation here.

Amazing place

If you want to have a relaxing get away in a beautiful location, this is the cabin for you. We comfortably slept two families and were very impressed with everything the cabin had to offer from games to kitchen gadgets. The beauty of the cabin and the water was a dream get away for us Canadians. Swimming off the dock was a hit for all of us as the water was warm, and without weeds:) We highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet place to vacation. Thanks again!

Gorgeous & Well Appointed, You'll Love Your Stay!

Our eight-person party recently stayed at this property and enjoyed every minute of it! There was plenty of room for everyone. The home is beautifully decorated, maintained, and filled with every item we could possibly want for our stay. The spaces worked out perfectly for us: there was room to gather together in large groups...and room for four teenagers to all sleep together in the upstairs bunk room. My parents enjoyed a little more privacy and quiet using the main floor master suite. The kitchen is outrageously outfitted, with everything and more that a foodie-snob might like while having the leisure time to cook for family and friends in a beautiful setting. The dock was the main hang-out place for the entire group all week. It was spacious and we rented a great boat from Crown Jewel--highly recommended. The owners of this home are very professional in the manner in which they rent it. They were always available to answer any question, gracious about welcoming us to their brand new vacation home, and never underfoot. Deposit and fee deadlines were clearly and professionally communicated. My deposit was quickly reimbursed. I have rented other high-end homes in the Eight Mile area and had a very different experience with the owners. We've been back home for only a week, but are already looking forward to returning to his wonderful property.

This property has been in the family for over 30 years. Our dream started out small in 2004 with the build of a garage and livable loft space above (not available for rent).
Years later we built the Frederick Lee Lakehouse to accommodate our growing families. Here we are many years later with a fantastic lake home to share with friends and family. Each and every year our growing kids are so excited to spend their summer vacations here. We are so fortunate to be able to enjoy and share our home on one of the most beautiful lakes in the area.

What our family loves most about our lake home is the location! Staying here you have a west facing lakefront home perfect for viewing breathtaking sunsets. This home is located close to amenities but still a very private and quiet retreat.
