The space
Bedrooms: Our home offers 4 spacious bedrooms: 1 king, 2 queens, and 1 full bed. Two bedrooms feature private decks with stunning Diamond Peak views. Additional sleeping options include a queen pullout, twin futon, and a 2-person couch.

Bathrooms: There are 3.5 modern bathrooms fully renovated in 2024 and featuring luxurious rain-head showers, offering ample space and convenience for all guests.

Living Area: The primary living room is designed for relaxation, with a cozy fireplace, large screen OLED TVs, and large comfortable couch. Perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen boasts all new appliances, hood range, a wine fridge, bar and modern decor. Ideal for preparing meals & gathering.

Workspaces: Four dedicated WFH desk setups with high-speed gigabit internet ensure you can stay productive during your stay.

Entertainment Room: This additional family room includes a workspace, a large-screen TV, a fitness area equipped with a Peloton and workout equipment, and a pullout queen couch. Whether you want to catch up on work, maintain your fitness routine, or unwind with some entertainment, this versatile space allows you to do it all while on vacation.

We welcome respectful guests who appreciate the peaceful surroundings and uphold the tranquility of this cherished community; loud and disrespectful behavior is not permitted.

Ski resort proximity: 1min from Diamond Peak, 15 min from Mt Rose and Nevada Nordic, 25 min from NorthStar, 45 min from Palisades and Heavenly. Surrounded by tons of trails within walking distance for snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and backcountry skiing.
Guest access
The house is fully accessible to registered renters. There is one official parking space, and additional parking for 3-4 cars is generally available in the common area.

Recreation Center: Just 5 minutes away, the premium Incline Village recreation center offers basketball, a 25-yard, 8-lane swimming pool, and a sauna. Please note that access to the tennis and pickleball courts requires a separate membership, available at daily or yearly rates. Tenants can purchase memberships separately to enjoy these fantastic amenities.
Additionally, there is a tennis court within a 5-minute walk in our own neighborhood.

Snow removal services of neighborhood roads is provided by HOA. Snow removal of decks is included in the cost.
