Attractive and spacious upside-down style home with an updated kitchen, flooring, and furnishings. Conveniently located close to the beach and downtown shops and restaurants. On the 1st floor, two bedrooms and a large family room with double doors for privacy if used as a sleeping area. One bedroom has two single beds plus a trundle (3rd single bed). The other bedroom has two double beds (sheets provided). The door from the laundry room leads to the outside shower. The attached garage is available for tenant use, too. A sundeck is featured off of the second floor living and dining areas with a natural gas hook up for grill. The main living space offers ample comfortable seating and gathering areas. Well stocked kitchen with both dining and counter top seating. Off the hallway, there is a guest bedroom with twin beds, a full hall bathroom, and the primary suite with a King bed. The private bath features a stall shower and soaking tub. King sheets and full (double) sheets provided. Beach chairs and umbrella included. Parking Comments: driveway and garage Garage Comments: attached garage available for tenant. Driving Directions: First Avenue. Property is located between 27th and 28th Street on the east side of First Avenue. Avalon Avenue is the next cross street to the beach.
