Diseñada por un arquitecto francés, esta elegante villa se encuentra en sus propios jardines totalmente privados y construida con estándares muy altos en una mezcla de estilo tailandés moderno y tradicional elegante. La villa se encuentra en un entorno de complejo privado de 5 estrellas que ofrece total privacidad. Tiene su propio 10. 5 x 3. Piscina de 5 metros con cascada, jardín / patio y sala de nivel superior. Hay un sistema de domótica de última generación, TV / DVD de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas, sistema de sonido envolvente, banda ancha wi-fi gratuita e incluso una mesa de ping-pong plegable.

Hay muchos restaurantes locales en el área y 1,000 en otras partes de Phuket y muchos mercados tailandeses locales amigables para visitar.

World Class Private Villa

Pretty much perfect! This home is in a small little development with great security and privacy but close to the beach. Exquisitely decorated and provisioned, you'll almost feel like you're in a Four Seasons villa..Plenty of good nearby restaurants and markets along with a bustling, vibrant neighborhood and beach scene. But then you return to peace and cool quiet and a magnificent, professionally kept garden with your own pool. This is Heaven!

Another perfect stay

Beautiful villa, beautiful private pool setting. Upscale property in upscale area, quiet. Nice to be away from the hustle of Patong. Great restaurants near the villa with Phuket's best beaches near by. Great communications with the owner before arrival to insure all is good. Highly recommended for romantic get away, families, and those looking for peace and quiet. Party place NO! Thanks for another great stay.

what is there not to like?

Beautiful villa in an upscale area. Located near Millionaires row in Laguna Phuket area. The villa was awesome...clean, beautiful pool area and pool, wonderful bath in master bedroom, and a 2 bedroom that was awesome also. Villa is very very clean...not one mosquito bite......and that is saying something in a tropical area......many nice touches.....water basin at the door to wash off sand on feet before entering villa, dishwasher....all cooking utensils, wash machine, sat. TV...etc... it is truly a luxury villa, book with confidence, you will not be disappointed.... It was nice to be away from the hustle of the Patong area.....this area more is laid back, even more affordable....Bling nails, AE massage, give great services that are not overly expensive...Taste restaurant close by, is awesome also as well as many other good eating establishments.....and there are many! Owner left a treasure of information in the desk drawers. Great communications with owner and staff at the villa.....everything was truly top notch!

Perfect villa for our stay

We were looking for a 2 bedroom villa that had a nice relaxing garden and private swimming pool and this beautiful villa certainly delivered to our expectations. The location was excellent, and although we had a car on hire, it was not too far away from the centre of Choeng Thale for a car to be essential. We could reach boat avenue and Porto De Phuket in 5 mins in the car and about 15 minute's walk. The beach at Laguna was about 15 mins drive. The owner was able to link us up to a local car hire company who delivered the car to the villa so that was also great. In the villa itself the living area opened up fully to a great patio area and nice size pool. The garden offered privacy and was surrounded by nice plants and greenery. These were tended to 3 times a week by gardeners and pool maintenance and because this was for no longer than about 30-45 mins, it presented no inconvenience. We had two villa cleans in our 15 night stay with clean linen provided so that was great. There were plenty of towels available for both beach, pool area and showering. The owner was great throughout with excellent communication and with the offer of help from the start. All in all we can thoroughly recommend this property if you’re looking for a relaxing stay, should we return to Phuket in the future, this villa will be the first on our searches for availability.

Phuket Villa Review

Our recent stay at this stunning villa located near Bang Tao Beach was outstanding. The accommodations were perfect for our family of four. The downstairs bedroom has two twins making it ideal for our two kids who shared this room, and the master bedroom upstairs worked out well for us. Both bedrooms have attached spacious bathrooms. The living area is a wide open floor plan w/ kitchen, bar counter seating, & living space. The outdoors terrace garden includes an amazing pool and gorgeous deck area surrounded by lush plants. We all agreed that this was one of the top VRBO properties we have ever stayed at. Location wise, the villa is situated about midway between the beach and Boat Ave shopping area. The walk to the beach was an easy 15 minutes along roads with good sidewalks. The walk to Boat Ave/village was more precarious along narrow alleys with minimal sidewalks. We personally liked being in this midpoint between beach and village, but families with young children or individuals with mobility issues may find it challenging without a vehicle. The owner was top notch in terms of responding to emails, providing information and helping to make our stay special, and the on-the-ground staff were similarly amazing. All in all this villa was just about perfect for our stay in Phuket, and we highly recommend it for those traveling to Phuket. For activities, we greatly enjoyed Green Elephant Sanctuary Park program, and Amazing Canoeing for their Big Boat trip to various islands.

Une maison parfaite pour découvrir Phuket

La villa est très agréable, bénéficie d'un équipement modern et est joliment décorée. Elle est très bien située dans une résidence de haut standing et à proximité de toutes les commodités. Le service et l'accueil y sont incroyables et les conseilles d'Angela sont précieux. Petite cerise sur le gâteau, la piscine est superbe et vous offrira de beaux moments en famille.

Spacious and beautiful

This is a very beautiful and private villa. It was well equipped and maintained. Our only suggestion would be that the upstairs bed is quite small for two people (if you’re the kind of couple that spreads out!) We would definitely return.

Well maintained property close to beach with stunning yard.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa near Baotang beach was perfect for our family’s of 4. It is very well maintained, clean with a stunning backyard pool. The pool is maintained 3 times per week. The villa is a 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach which is almost 6 km long. On the beach there are many restaurants and bars. People do approach you to sell stuff, which is prevalent all over Thailand and can be somewhat annoying. If you you don’t want to walk to the beach, one can easily take a tuk tuk for approximately 100 B. Our one recommendation is that the owner provide 2 keys so that parties can separate and come and go at different times. As well, the taxi driver from the airport took us to the villa initially down some sketchy streets and alleys so our initial impression was not very positive, but one walk to the beach changed all that. Also, just to mention, there is an outdoor shower that is fairly hidden which is nice to use to rinse sand and sunscreen off prior to entering the pool.

Great villa in a great location for a family

The villa is a fantastic home for a family vacation. Very well maintained, clean, decorated and suited to a family of five for a weeklong holiday. The pool and garden area are a great feature and the property management was extremely helpful to us during our stay. The Boat Avenue area and the Tesco Lotus were within walking distance as was Bangtao Beach. We did rent a car from Phuket Ace located only .3 miles from the villa, although it is well located for shorter pick ups by tour companies to get to Phi Phi Island and Phang Na bay excursions. Also recommend the Chili Kitchen along Lagoon Road in Tinlay Place and the night Market on Thursday evenings across from the Tesco Lotus. The villa made our Phuket holiday perfect.

Perfect holiday in the perfect villa

We decided to return to this villa for the 2nd time in a row, between 29/12/2016 and 26/1/2017. Again the house and also the beautiful garden with large pool are simply stunning and allowed us to fully benefit from our time on Phuket. Although not really necessary, the house had been upgraded since our last stay a year ago, with some new decorations, furniture, curtains, lamps, all to further enhance the luxury and comfortable experience that this property gives. In terms of our holidays, we quickly returned to a similar routine as the year before: beach, sports (Gym and Yoga - at the "yogarepublic"), regular massages and restaurants. The used of a rented motorbike and bicycle allowed us to freely move around in and around the village of Choeng Thale and around the beautiful and peaceful Laguna area. The most popular restaurants this year for us turned out to be: Paul Beach Restaurant, Black Cat, Tawai, and particularly the recently opened "Chilli Kitchen” restaurant, with simps the best and freshest Thai food in the village. So again a perfect holiday in a perfect villa in a perfect setting. Next year we will explore South Africa. But let there be no doubt: when we come back to Phuket we will rent this villa again. No surprise that we continue to strongly recommend it.

Private tropical paradise

I've just returned home from my third trip to this Villa and Phuket, it feels more like home each time I visit. I'm always so over the moon with the cleanliness of the villa, not to mention how peaceful and quiet it is. The guards at each entrance make you feel very secure and safe and are keen to help direct you to wherever you're heading. The beach and some of my partner and I's favourite restaurants are just 5-10 minutes walk from the front door. Boat Avenue, a new development about 15 minutes walk away has become a great contemporary place to relax with a drink in the evenings. This trip, we skipped hiring a car and walked everywhere. The villa is in a great location, nothing more than 15minutes in any direction. For the villa itself, the pictures above do all the talking. The pool is one of the largest in the Residence 2 bed facilities and the tropical gardens surrounding it are perfect for a relaxing day in the sun. I couldn't recommend this villa more!

The Perfect Holiday Villa

With our family we spend an extended X-mas and New Year holidays in this lovely villa. In total we were 2 parents, and 2 adult children. In total we stayed over 4 weeks in the villa, from 27/12/2015 until 25/1/2016. We all agreed hat it is a great property that has contributed well to the success of our holidays. It is very well located to go both ways: BangTao Beach village and Surin Beach as well as Cherng Thalay village and the lovely Laguna area. We rented 2 scooters, that gave us the possibility to go everywhere we wanted: beaches, restaurants, massages, golf-course, etc. We really loved Paul Beach restaurant, Tony's, "Black Cat" and "Tawai" and of course the different restaurants on Surin Beach. The villa was really great, with it's totally private, lovely (and at night romantically illuminated) garden and pool area. The two large bedrooms with luxurious bathrooms were perfect for us, giving absolute privacy but still close to the common areas, like dining/living room and terrace and pool. We lived mainly outside of course, on the terrace and in the pool. The house was serviced 3 times a week; the garden staff and cleaning ladies were very kind and helpful. The same applies for our contact persons of the local property management company. So all-in-all a perfect holiday in a perfect holiday villa. We have rented it again for the same period next year. Therefore it should not come as a surprise that we do recommend it wholeheartedly.

Beautiful villa

Very nice house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and very nice living room. Beautiful garden with plants and flowers and a large pool. Very calm. It's very positiv that you have in the villa a hotel service and room service is also available.There is a restaurant in the hotel area. We enjoyed our stay and we would like to come back.

Private Paradise

My partner and I visited Phuket for a mid winter break and loved staying in this villa for our second time. It is in a great location, just 5 minutes walk not only the beach but from the local street market, supermarket complex and other attractions such as mini golf and jet skiing. We were never short of things to do here. There are lots of restaurants around, our favourites were only a 5-10 minute walk away and some do a free pick up or drop of service so if you require. The villa is incredibly well kept, modern, clean and comes with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. The housekeeping and villa staff were very kind and very mindful of our privacy when they visited. The tropical gardens outside were the highlight of our villa stay! The pool is fantastic, larger than what we expected and completely private to us. The views from the Sala upstairs are incredible, right over to the mountains which provide breath taking sunrises if you're up early enough. We will definitely be booking to stay here again next time we travel to Thailand.

A very beautiful and quiet villa

My husband,my parents in-law and i had a wonderful time during our stay in the beautiful villa. It is conveniently loacated. Beach and supper market are both within walking range. The twice-a-week local market where we got fresh fruits and vegitables is fun. Suesi, the house keeper, is very kind and resourceful. We would highly recommend this villa and look forward to visiting it again.

Excellent villa stay

We travelled as a family of two adults and two kids to this villa. It was well equipped and very clean. The villa is in a good location ensuring privacy but allowing you access to the many excellent restaurants in this area. It has a large pool that was well maintained. We would have no hesitation to recommend this villa.

Excellents échanges par mails pour complémént de renseignements avec Angéla que nous remercions grandement. Très bon état de propreté de la maison, jardin très bien entretenu ainsi que piscine.Très bonne literie,linge de maison ,draps de plage,parapluie, produits d'hygiène corporelle ,d'entretien et équipement cuisine rien à redire,très correct, en quantité qualité ou état de propreté. Villa fonctionnelle ,spacieuse,baies vitrées mettant en fusion l'extérieur /intérieur. Quartier du côté de la petite entrée plus proche des Thailandais,proximité de grande surface et de tas de petits marchés légumes,fruits, ,poissons,viandes et divers autres produits s'y bousculent entre les fumées des grillades et les shorts ,pantalons ,tee shirts et autres....Exotisme garantit au milieu des sourires.Excellente journée en mer avec Coral Seekers,charter privé . Une difference cependant à relever,celle que vous découvrirez en arrivant....c'est nettement mieux que sur les photos. Une difficulté à laquelle vous devez obligatoirement vous préparer quand vous ferez votre réservation.....celle du moment du retour. Faites comme certains d'entre nous, laissez dans le classeur crée à cet effet vos bonnes adresses ,vos bons plans..... n'hésitez pas réservez. Merçi Angéla.

great time at The Residence.

A lovely well appointed villa within a very secure complex. The villa contained everything we required , was clean , well maintained and comfortable. The patio and pool area were well kept with plenty of patio furniture to enjoy the excellent weather. The houskeeping and pool staff were very friendly. Only a short distance to supermarket and outdoor markets and a variety of good eateries. Very good beaches a short drive away. Communication with the owner and the property manager were excellent and in fact we had no problems whatsoever. I would definately recommend this property. Best holiday hstay in Phuket

We stayed at this lovely villa over the New years period with our nanny, 4 year old and 20 months old. My husband and I have been to Phuket many times but this is by far our favourite of all the places stayed. From the day we enquired about the villa to the day we left, all our experiences had been superb. Angela was very prompt in all her communications and helpful with information. Prior to our arrival, the villa manager assisted us in hiring a car which we found very handy in getting around. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful. It has all the essential needs of a 'home away from home'. With two young kids, we were naturally concern about pool safety. To handle this, we kept only a small area of the french doors open when we're not using the pool. Also, the kitchen and living area had an open view thus we could always keep an eye things. The location of the villa is conveniently located behind a big Tesco supermarket. There is also a small restuarant and spa at the estate. Twice a week there is a local market about 5 mins walk from the estate. At the markets, we got to try the local food and did some shopping. As for a beach, the closest would be Bang Tao beach. It maybe a 15 ~ 20 mins walk but usually we drove to Surin beach. We liked this smallish beach with friendly local vendors and good selection of restuarants. The whole family had a wonderful holiday and can't wait to get back. We would highly recommend Angela's villa to any of our friends.

Very nice villa

The villa was very cosy,with masterbedroom and big bathroom on upstairs and bedroom, livingroom and small kitchen in downstairs next to private swimmingpool. It was clean and well equipped. There was a fast and good roomservice. One day the masterbedrooms aircon broked but they fixed it very quicly. Only minus comes from that there was not much nearby the villa. Beach and nearest shops were a bit less than one kilometer away, still tuk-tuks were pretty easy to get. Overall very nice villa, good beach Bang Tao ( south end had a lot of people and more northern you go less crowded it gets ). Big plus comes that we did not saw any prostitutes near by during our one week stay.

Fantastic Villa

We loved the villa! We traveled with 3 children and the space was perfect for us. It looks just like the pictures on the website and the villa is located in a quiet and secure small resort area. Communication with the owner was great. Thank you, Angela, for answering all our questions and providing such terrific service. The villa has a local manager(s) who are wonderful. They took care of all of our requests, answered questions and even made sure we were able to celebrate Loi Krathong. They were so kind and helpful. We really appreciated them. There is a great binder in the villa with lots of information and recommendations on restaurants, minibus drivers and all sorts of activities. It is a great little extra touch that we used a lot. It was better than any travel book. We chose to take a taxi to the market and the beach because we have small children and we took along sand toys, but you could definitely walk if you choose. At the beach, we rented chairs for the day from a small restaurant where we literally ran a tab for each day, so we didn't have to pack any snacks or drinks and the prices were extremely reasonable. If you have never been to Phuket, I would highly reccomend the airport transfer service offered via the villa. The Phuket airport is a little hectic with all the drivers trying to get your business and we were very glad to see our driver waiting for us with our name on a clipboard. All in all, we would stay at this villa again in a heartbeat. It was exactly what we needed and wanted. We have already sent the link to several friends who plan to travel to Thailand.

Bang Tao Beach Villa

Have just returned from a week at this villa and I have to say it was the most relaxing holiday my husband and I have had and we were very sorry when we had to leave. The villa was very clean and comfortable and we felt very much at home after only being there a couple of hours. It is a 5 minute walk to a small shopping centre and about the same to Bang Tao beach from the villa and if you need a taxi the resorts staff will call one for you. The staff who came in everyday to clean the villa and pool were very friendly and did an excellent job. We used the airport transfer service and again they were on time and waiting for us and would suggest using this service if not hiring a car. The villa is even better than in the pictures on the web and I would like to thank the owners for all the little extras that they had thought of to be in the villa and for our use. If you are looking for a very clean, comfortable villa in a lovely resort with a lovely pool and garden area then this is the villa for a relaxing holiday at Bang Tao Beach.

Fabulous Villa

This is a fantastic villa, great secure location, well appointed and very private. The villa, pool and whole resort is maintained to an excellent standard and there are plenty of facilities and attractions nearby to suit all tastes. Bang Tao beach is beautiful, clean and very long. It has many good restaurants that are inexpensive. Patong, for those who want a bustling night life is about 20 to 25 mins away by car. We hired a car for our stay though this fairly central location and the availability of reasonably priced taxis means that a car is not essential. We stayed in 3 different villas across the island and rated this one best of all 3. Thoroughly recommended!

We have had many happy times holidaying in Bang Tao and the villa offers us as a family versatility compared to staying in a hotel. You can use the pool when you want to, eat when you want to - it is such a great location it is easy to walk to the fantastic Bang Tao beach - the best beach on Phuket.

Our villa has a much larger pool that other villa's in the resort, but still has a lovely tropical garden area. We are at the end of a terrace and when the villa was being built we made the lounge area bigger than others. It is beautiful having all the glass panelled doors open to the garden and pool as well as to the side. It give a real outside, light airy feel to the property.

The villa has also been stylishly re-furnished recently and is kept spotless inside outside and in by CBRE, the Global property management experts.

Bang Tao beach, the best on the island, is an 8-10 minute stroll down a quiet country lane. You can sometimes see the water buffalos either side.

There is a large ‘Lotus’ supermarket a 7 minute walk away, and also a convenience store just before the beach.
