Awesome Vacation Property

We had an amazing vacation, due to renting this condo at The Plaza. Everything was so beautiful, well-maintained and secure. The condo is a nice size, clean and has everything you need, plus was so quiet and private. We loved using all the facilities: pools, gym and library/business center. You can’t beat the location being so close to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. We easily walked to both for the restaurants and shopping. We felt very much at home here and plan on going back as often as we can!

Warm winter fun in Kierland

Enjoyed our couple months away from home at this property. Close to all activities, shopping and restaurants. Great pool area with lots of bbq and opportunity to meet new friends.

Amazing Stay!!!

This three bedroom condo is beautiful, well maintained, comfortable, clean and in a very nice part of town!! My husband and I have never felt more at home in a vacation rental. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The lovely decor in each bedroom and beautiful paintings made us feel right at home! The condo complex has many wonderful amenities including a gym, movie theatre, two pools and a hot tub. In addition there are many lovely restaurants, entertainment and shopping walking distance away. The owners went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. There was a binder with a lot of helpful information and the owners were very pleasant and quick to respond with any additional questions we had. We felt very well taken care of and felt that the owners truly prioritize the happiness and enjoyment of their guests! I would highly recommend this vacation rental and we can't wait to book our next vacation here soon!!

Nice Condo

We were very pleased with this condo and the complex. The location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, etc., and is located in a very nice section in Scottsdale in a gated community. We felt secure and safe here. The complex is well maintained and has a nice swimming pool with several barbecue grills and plenty of seating available. There is also an exercise room and clubhouse. The condo itself was very nice and well equipped. Can’t say enough about our hosts as they were very kind and responsive to our needs. The only criticism I have is the 2 guest bedrooms could use overhead lighting and ceiling fans and the pillows in the master bedroom could be replaced. Other than that it was a very lovely unit. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a well maintained ground level unit.

A good choice

This was the best supplied rental we’ve stayed in. The location is great with shops and restaurants near by and areas to walk in. Also it’s quiet. We had some issues with instructions within the condo versus the rental co. But hopefully they can work that out.

Location, Location, Location!!

Location was fantastic for this condo - everything you could want or need is only a few minute(s) drive away. Condo was well stocked and very clean. Pool is beautiful as well. We would definitely stay here and recommend it to others! Communications with owner were quick and easy, fast responses.

Great location, beautiful property, quiet community

Unit was in excellent condition,was extremely clean and well maintained. Location was very convenient to shopping, groceries and great restaurants.Nice pools and fitness facilities. Excellent place for a quick getaway. We would definitely stay here again.

BEWARE - HOMEOWNER DOES NOT MAINTAIN

Pros: HOA complex has a nice pool and grill area & location Cons: - Front access gate code does not work. A previous review noted this, a manager responded saying it would be fixed, and it was not. We arrived around 8PM and were unable to get in through the gate with our access code. We reached out to the manager, owner, and cleaner. Nobody got back to us. We waited close to an HOUR to get in following another car. The manager and homeowner acknowledged that the code doesn't work and the manager told us that guests can usually "figure out a way in." - The flooring was so stained and dirty that we requested it be cleaned the first morning. A carpet company came to clean, and we had to pick up everything off the ground, leave the unit for 6 hours cleaning and drying time, then we had to put everything back. The floors were clean but stained. HOURS of vacation time wasted. - The faucets in both bathrooms were corroded and leaked. On day two the faucet in the guest bath got stuck and would not turn off. We notified the homeowner and manager. Neither responded. After several days of NOT being able to use that bath/shower we threatened to call a plumber and send them the bill because the water had been GUSHING for days. We sent a video to EVOLVE, manager, and homeowner. The plumber was shocked by the state of the bathrooms. The finish on both tubs was peeling, mold on the caulk and a leaking toilet in the master bath. The plumber had to argue with the owner but insisted on at least swapping faucets for us. The mold in the master bath and the flaking and staining in both bath tubs was never addressed. The owner refused. - Previously white towels were grey/yellow & snagged. Bedroom pillows were yellow and lumpy. Bathmats were dirty and matted down. We spent almost a week there before these items were fixed, and they weren't fixed until I spent HOURS on the phone. - The dryer didn't work for the first 2 weeks. The vent was blocked and hadn't been cleaned. I requested a fire extinguisher for the unit and was ignored. -Check the tax rates if you stay 30+ days. We were overcharged $$$. Eventually reimbursed. - Sliding screen door is broken. It fell on my 4 yr old. Never fixed. - Fridge died 3 days before departure. - Managed 5 different repairmen while we were in the unit! WASTED DAYS AND DAYS of our vacation! - VRBO & EVOLVE are no help if the owner is bad. - We saw bad reviews but saw manager responses and thought items had been addressed but were not.

Very clean and well stocked, perfect location

Chose this unit due to its central location as its very close to restaurants, activities, bars, and shopping. The unit itself was very clean and cozy, everything we needed was supplied (kitchen items, wifi, TV with more channels than I expected, extra beach towels for pools, etc). Entry to the unit is via keypad. Area is quite safe as its gated. Pools and hot tubs were nice and well maintained. Communal BBQ was also in pretty good condition. Overall very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property. All the basics you need. Over priced however for the time of year, location, size of property and amenities. Very small pool and few places to sit around it being a community pool.

Poor entry instructions. Somewhat disrupted appearance

Messy drapes. Towels need replacements along with some pillows. Could be real nice with a lttte work. Need map to locate unit. Update wifi and carport info and gate code. Frustrating.
