Looking for a perfect space to share a wonderful time with your family or friends?

Situated in a serene residential area, our home features a grandiose, tropical yard sporting a heated pool, hot tub, and spectacular patio kitted out with a custom-built Kitchen-aid Grill and Refrigerator, as well as a dining suite/grille.

▶️Hot Tub And Heated Pool/ per request . It has an additional fee of 100$ that must be requested thru our third party app Duve

The outdoor cooler keeps your beer and champagne chilled whilst you frolic in the pool. At Night, light up the Firepit, unwind in the jacuzzi, admire Florida´s perfect scenery, and bank some unforgettable memories.

Restaurants, Cafes, and Grocery Stores are within a five-minute drive.

We've deliberated over every detail so that you have the best vacation experience!

Please be advised that we require our guests to complete a pre-check-in form and pay a refundable $250 deposit fee via a third-party application called Duve. This is where we provide all the important details that you must know during your stay, such as check-in instructions, full address, WIFI and so much more. Also please take into consideration that a safety waiver document must be signed prior to check-in. See you soon!

The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized following the CDC guidelines and inspected before every stay by our team to make your stay perfect.

The guests have access to the whole property and its amenities.
Other things to note
▶️Hot Tub And Heated Pool/ per request . It has an additional fee of $100 dls for short stays, and $180 for long Stays that must be requested,-Also the Hot Tub service can be request from 12:00pm to 11:00pm
▶️Check-in is anytime after 4:00pm.
▶️ Parking: 2 parking spaces per reservation
▶️Early check in, Late check out and Early bag drop are subject to availability
❌No smoking $250 penalty
❌No pets
❌No parties or events $350 penalty

▶️ If you want the Pool to be heated, PLEASE request it 48 hours prior to arrival.
▶️BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed
