Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This apartment is located in old is Dallas Lakewood neighborhood and Located directly Behind Swiss Ave historical homes. Baylor hospital is three minutes away, Downtown Dallas is five minutes away, lower Greenville shopping and entertainment is five minutes away, Dallas, Museum of Art, Klyde, Warren Park, and Perot museum is six minutes away, Dallas Love Field Airport is 12 minutes away and DFW airport is 30 minutes away.

8.PLEASE DO NOT POUR COOKING GREASE INTO OUR KITCHEN SINK OR ANYWHERE ELSE. THIS COULD ALSO CAUSE A SERIOUS PLUMBING ISSUE. SHOULD THIS OCCUR AND A PLUMBING ISSUE IS CAUSED; YOU WILL PAY FOR THE REPAIR ONSITE BY THE MAINTENANCE PROFESSIONAL.

Yard was nice & landscaped. House was clean. The sheets in the master bedroom kept coming off which was a little frustrating, but other than that everything else was great!

Great Location ! Clean place!

If you are looking for a very central location and Dallas and need space this is a great place to stay. Close to downtown, conventions center, Christ for the Nationa,Dallas baptis university, pottwr house, Great communication with the host, they were very responsive, even come out and brought things we needed that were not in the house. The house has its quirks but our family enjoyed veey much.

Cant believe this i as a VRBO LISTING.

I cannot believe Vrbo would list an infinite house wit 2 closets full of work equipment an debris. 4 towels for seven people. The trash piled and running over in the backyard. Tore up and everywhere. No response from owner on where to put our trash.. We have stayed at many Vrbo and never have we encountered this.

Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing due to both the misleading listing and the poor condition of the home. We encountered roaches inside, stained bedding, and bathrooms that were clearly not cleaned, with possible mold present. Doors to both the bathroom and bedrooms would not close properly, compromising privacy. Dining chairs were stained, the kitchen sink fixture was loose, and the refrigerator seal was broken, affecting its ability to stay cold. We had to purchase towels, wipes, and even flip flops to shower safely, since the bathrooms felt unsanitary. Much of our time was spent cleaning and sweeping, which should have been done before arrival.The listing photos were misleading. They were brightened to hide flaws, there are NO bathroom images. Advertised towel sets were not provided; we only found two towels under sinks, one with dead bugs. Bath wash bottles were nearly empty and diluted with water. Wi-Fi did not work, and the wrong network info was given. The front curtain fell apart when opened, the mirror had stains, and the flooring showed water damage. Rugs were worn and not as pictured, and the backyard was overgrown and unusable.Ultimately, we checked out a day early and stayed with friends instead. This property was unsanitary, poorly maintained, and misrepresented online. We strongly advise future guests to avoid this rental until significant improvements are made and the listing is updated to reflect reality.
Stains on the dinging room chairs and the table itself felt sticky.
Leg on the chair was visibly broken. Made it unsafe to use.
We were told to check under the sink for towels. Its not safe to keep towels that you would use on your body and face by chemicals and cleaning products.

Very dirty

The house was as if it wasn’t cleaned after their last stay I took images of everything and there were hairs everywhere including the showers. The mirrors had a weird sticky substance on it. the sheets had multiple stains on them. The house as a whole was very dusty and not sweeped or moped as it seems. We were left with already opened toilet paper that had stains on it. I tried to inform the owner but when u ent the pictures I never got a response or any type of refund for the disgusting experience we had. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
