The Space:

The living space features a TV, a Queen-size sofa sleeper, and access to the outside balcony. Enjoy peaceful mornings on the covered patio with your morning brew in hand.

Back inside, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up some signature dishes from home. A toaster, blender, and coffee maker are just a few of the extra items available for your convenience. There is a small table for 2, and additional counter seating.

The home sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably between 1 private bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The bedroom is furnished with luxe linens to ensure a restful stay.

The bedroom has a King bed, TV, and access to the bathroom, with laundry room in between.

The bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, and applicable taxes.
- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
- There is unassigned parking for up to 2 vehicles in the community lot.
- A laundry room with a washer/dryer is available for guest use.
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.
