The Space:
Retreat at the Pointe is located within Pointe Royale, a closed community with amenities like indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, a fitness center, 18-hole golf course, and lakeside trout fishing. This unit was meticulously designed with luxury in every detail, making it the perfect space to unwind between ventures out to Table Rock Lake, nearby hiking trails, downtown Branson’s entertainment district, and more.

Between the home’s neutral color palette of grays, recess cove lighting throughout, and plush furniture, you’ll feel at ease with your first step through the door. In the living room, deep couch seating faces a smart tv perfect for indoor leisure time. The sliding glass doors which fill the space with natural light lead out onto your private balcony with outdoor seating for 2, overlooking the Pointe Royale Golf Course.

Back inside, modern lighting fixtures illuminate the formal dining area with seating for 4 and the kitchen which includes casual bar seating for 2. The kitchen is equipped with updated appliances and counter space to conveniently prepare food at home.

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between its 1 private bedroom and the queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. The bedroom suite includes a king size bed, smart tv, makeup vanity, ample storage space, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

- A queen size sleeper sofa is provided in the living area.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- 1 parking space is provided.
-Top floor, walk-Up, 26 steps required
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.
- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
- This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash, and you pick up after your pet.
- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
- As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.”
All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule.

This enviable location also puts you within 10 miles of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
