Janet and I love the outdoors. We are from Colorado. We play hard and we work hard. We built this house. We also love to put the "relax on" with the spa like atmosphere that we surround ourselves with every day! We also like to entertain Friends, Colleagues and Family. Moms, Dads, Sons and Daughters and Grandchildren! And we Love to share our home with adventurous like-minded people who like to have fun!

This Neighborhood suits us well. Close to world class skiing, entertainment, restaurants and churches. Yet far enough away from the rushing and busy life in the ski resorts and towns of Silverthorne, Dillon, Breckenridge and Keystone.
Having Lake Dillon a few minutes away is a plus for all seasons. We live in a very quiet Neck of the Woods!

The uniqueness of this property is its location, the sloping hill side back yard, 3 acres of aspens and pines forest on either side of the meadow and the Views through the main great room windows. But yet we are conveniently close to all amenities! The wildlife viewing is incredible! Up Close!
