Beautiful property. Amazing location right on the course. The house was clean. Rooms were big. Kitchen had great amenities. Hot tub was clean and functional which is rare these days! Would return 100%.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It had wonderful views and was very easy for a family with children. On another note though, there was some trash in a bathroom downstairs that was never taken out before we got there and the ice maker was broken when we stayed there. The property management company supplied us with an ice maker on the counter, but it was slow to make ice and absolutely filthy when we used it. We ended up having to clean the entire ice maker to feel safe to use it. Also, we were authorized a late check out; however, the housekeepers showed up almost 2 hours before our scheduled check-out time and there was a man waiting for us to leave in a truck before our authorized check-out time. Overall, we enjoyed the house, but were not thrilled about the issues we encountered with the cleaners or the ice maker.

Beautiful House

The property matches the listing description and is beautiful! Nice private location on golf course. You can see a couple of the fairways but are far enough away that no sounds from the golfers travel to the house. The kids loved the pool table, shuffleboard and foosball games. Beds are comfortable and the room situation worked perfectly for us. I highly recommend staying here.

This house was even more beautiful than the pictures showed. It had everything we needed. The views were stunning and the location was perfect. The communication with the rental company making sure we had everything we needed was excellent. Our family with our adult children and spouses had an amazing vacation and this rental was the best!!

The finishes in the house make you feel like royalty. The staff was very easy to communicate with during our stay. The definition of a mountain house escape. It was refreshing to come home to and difficult to leave! So much room for everyone you never feel crammed or that you don’t have your own space. Everything was extremely clean upon arrival and check out procedures were simple and easy!

We rented it for 30 days to escape the Texas heat, and it was not only beautiful, but much larger than we expected. The pictures do not do this place justice. The views from the back porch looking at the golf course and mountains are stunning! The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. River Ridge Rentals was extremely responsive to any and all requests we had (box fans, extra linens, cleaning supplies, surround sound system, etc.).The only changes I would make is that the couch upstairs is rather worn causing everyone to sink towards the middle cracks, and the bed sheets were scratchy and stiff. We cannot wait to return to this house next summer! Thank you River Ridge Rentals for everything!!

Amazing

This was the perfect place for our group of 10 friends for a long weekend. The house had everything we needed and we all slept comfortably with each couple in their own rooms. It took about 5-10 min to drive to the gondolas that take you up to the ski areas, so that was super convenient. Communication with the management company was excellent - if we needed anything they would respond within a few minutes. I would definitely recommend staying at the Iron Eagle Landing!
