Pretty great option, only problem we had was we had no hot water, but I informed the manager they had someone out within a few hours to fix the problem.

Overall this was a very nice cabin that had all the essentials expected. Overall the cleanliness was good, probably could stand a deep clean more frequently. Hot tub was nice, and location was great.

Very nice and peaceful location!The only issue we had was the fireplace not coming on. Maintenance was very quick to respond and light the pilot light. It went out again the next day but I did not want to be a bother and call them out again to relight it.I would definitely stay here again!Tyson

The cabin is nice, but tight. As soon as you walk in you are in the open concept livingroom and kitchen. However, there is a second seating area upstairs. The girls complained that it was chilly upstairs, but other than that they has no complaints. The master bed is comfortable, but very loud...any movement was annoying. The pots and pans were nice. The silverware was limited. Also, the sink faucet has calcium build up, so the pressure of the water was not good. We were given 2 soap packets for the dishwasher and one for laundry for 4 days. The broom should be replaced. Overall, I would stay her again. ***Driving to and from the cabin was nerve-wracking. The road to get there was not bad, but it's not enough road for you and another car once you leave the main road. Thank God no one was leaving or coming when we were...especially in the dark. It's about 8 miles from the activities.

Relaxing, private and cozy!

Very relaxing stay at Mountain Charm!! Very clean and roomy! Usually I’m unable to use hot tubs because of the overload of chemicals but this one was perfect! The water was so clean and clear. The bed was very comfortable. Will definitely book again! Thank you Aunt Bugs cabin rentals!! - The Myers

Nice

The parking spot was a little treacherous to get out of and the internet TV and phone service were horrible. Would've been nice if they cleaned it before we got there but we left it better than we found it. Very quiet neighborhood. Distance to attractions was about 30-35 minutes one way. Mountains were beautiful.
