The second bathroom has a shower, and we also provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and a smart TV for entertainment.

The modern kitchen is outfitted with state-of-the-art JennAir appliances and has everything you need to prepare meals. Additionally, we provide complimentary tea and coffee to make your stay even more comfortable.

- All properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized according to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.

- All TVs are Smart TVs with access to your favorite streaming channels.

Garbage Disposal:
- Please follow the designated procedures for garbage disposal during your stay.

Parties & Events
- Parties, receptions, or events are not allowed. Local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10 PM. This rule is strictly enforced and violations may result in termination of your reservation and additional fees.

Parking:
- Valet parking in the building is available for $75 per night (no weekly or monthly rates).
- Nearby public parking options include:
- 644 NE 2nd Avenue (Public parking, $30 per night) – just 1 minute away.
But the price may vary depending on events. I am not responsible for any changes in parking rates.

Pets:
- Pets are allowed. If you would like to bring your pet, please inform us in your initial message. A refundable $150 pet fee will apply.
