Welcome to the beautiful apartment in Sunny Isles Beach!

Recently updated apartment with 2 large bedrooms, 1 smaller bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. The apartment is comfortable and spacious, has 3 beds, has a fully equipped kitchen, TV in every room, free WIFI and free valet parking. There is a pool, hot tub and a gym in the building. Great location, 3 min walk to the beach, very close to Aventura Mall and a 30 min drive to either Miami International Airport or Fort Lauderdale Airport.

Perfect location

Better than the pictures! Very close to beach, Walgreens, McDonalds for kids and other fun restaurants. We were there for Taylor Swift and it was a straight shot to Hard Rock stadium via Uber.

We loved the unit and location

Sunny Isle comfort

This was our first time staying in Sunny Isle and we loved it. Daniel was wonderful, he was very friendly and quick to respond to our questions. The location was very convenient to the beach and our aging family who we were visiting a short drive away.

Convenient location in Sunny Isles

Enjoyed this very convenient apartment stay in Sunny Isles. Comfortable and clean unit, a bit dated but suited our needs. Within walking distance to beach, restaurants, shops, houses of worship. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. On site fitness facility was appreciated but in need of maintenance and updated equipment.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt that this was one I wanted to leave. Everything was as it seemed on the pictures, the property was clean and well cared for and the staff was very nice and helpful. Daniel was so prompt in communication and very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying if you are looking

Had a great stay at Daniel’s condo. Great communication, easy check in process. The cond was clean and well cared for and was a fantastic fit for our family of 4. Short walk to the beach, grocery store, etc. quick drive to South beach and other local attractions.

Miami Grand Prix weekend

Property was exactly as listed. Well appointed so we had everything we needed. The location is perfect. 2 min walk to the ocean. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

It was a beautiful condo with an easy, quick walk to the beach. Our only comment would be that more living room seating is needed (we had six people and there was a couch and armchair) and maybe some chairs and a table on the balcony.

Great Condo

We had a great time at this condo. Very spacious and clean condo. Beds are very comfortable Daniel is very responsive to all our needs and questions. Great area. Lots of restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely be back next year

Amazing place!

This is a wonderful place to stay! 3 bedroom 2 bath and everything you need to enjoy your stay from hairdryers to beach chairs and umbrellas. Parking is valet only but included in the price. Close to many great restaurants, stores, fast food. So easy to get to the beach! Daniel reached out to answer any questions we had and to check in that things were going smoothly. A great stay!

Well-appointed, close to beach

We really enjoyed staying at this property for our family beach weekend. The building was located in a safe, walkable area with quick access to groceries, the beach and many restaurants. The valet service made parking easy and we seldom waited more than a minute for our vehicle. Daniel was a gracious host, very communicative and attentive. We recommend this property and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great place

My goal was to be close to beach, this condo is a short walk from a well maintained beach. Host was easy to communicate with & unit had beach chairs & towels…super helpful. The area is dubbed Florida’s Riviera…very accurate. Clean, walkable & easy to get to Ft Lauderdale or Miami, if you like. Highly recommend.

Love Sunny Isles Beach

This property was great. A short walk across the street to the beach and lots of restaurants and shopping close. The balcony offers a small view of the ocean but could use some patio seating. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had almost everything you would need for cooking as well. Really appreciated the beach chairs and beach toys that were made available. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent vacation location

Great property in the heart of Sunny Isles. Valet parking which is standard in the area. Spacious unit with big balcony. Ocean view is obstructed by the new construction but you see some… comfortable beds, functional kitchen, in unit laundry, TVs in every room. Reasonably priced and meets all the expectations. Daniel is a great host and offers prompt communication. I’d come back.

Can’t wait to return!

This experience exceeded my expectation. It provided every comfort and accommodation for my family to have an enjoyable stay. The rooms are so spacious and The location is great; everything is so close .. Publix, a playground . It’s a family friendly area. The building is very quiet and private and everyone respects the rules. The owner is so responsive so going into it I already had a great feeling and trusted the process . Wouldn’t change anything about my stay and hoping I’ll go back in the near future!

What A LOVELY stay!

This stay was AMAZING. Everything about it was so special. From the reception staff being incredibly helpful & sincerely nice (Jean and Francis need bonuses for how awesome they are), the simplicity of accessing the unit, and cleanliness of the condo itself. Pool access was a dream, property grounds were well maintained and the decor in the condo was simple, yet functional. We had everything we needed right there and Daniel was amazingly responsive. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessities for a fun, laid back girls trip. Proximity to South Beach was perfect, a quick Uber ride allowed us to venture into some nightlife further south, yet enjoy the pleasant and tranquil beauty of Sunny Isles by day. Thank you tons, from one happy renter, to an incredible host!

Great location.

We just completed a 2 1/2 week stay at King David in Sunny Isles. The location was close to restaurants, shopping and the beach was just a block from the condo. Everyone was out and about, walking everywhere. We've never vacationed in a city environment, it took a little getting used to. We discovered Haulover Park and went several nights to see the amazing sunsets. Food trucks are there every Tuesday and a beach across the street. The condo was clean and there was plenty of beach supplies available, chairs, umbrella, noodles and towels and much appreciated start up supplies. I would recommend this property. Our host was very attentive to any concerns or questions.

A quick beach stay

Daniel was very attentive. He checked in to make sure everything was good midway through the stay and before we left. The property is exactly as described in the description. Kitchen has most things you would need- dish soap, garbage bags, tp, hand soap, etc all supplied. Beach toys, umbrella, chairs all there for use. Everything is very clean. The building is a short walk to the beach. The beach has beautiful water and is very clean. We went spring break season but it wasn’t overly crowded or rowdy. The sunny isles area is very “city” like if you aren’t familiar with the area. Thanks for a pleasant stay Daniel!

Great Christmas Vacation

Very happy with our luck in choosing Daniel's property for our family Christmas vacation. The complex was very clean, had an attendant at the desk 24/7 to answer any questions (and to provide a secure facility) and nary a peep was heard out in the hallways or anywhere else at any point, even though it seemed as if every unit had people in them. 5 minute walk to the beach (3 minutes if you catch the light for the walk across the street) or 4 floors down to the pool. I had some questions for Daniel upon check which he answered within a minute and was very communicative throughout our stay. The unit was spacious for my wife, mother, 3 teenagers and myself, while also being supplied with most necessities. Thanks Daniel; if we are in the area again, my first call will be to you to see if your property is available.
