Cowgirl Casa ~ ADA accesible & kid friendly 3/2 ranch home in Montrose, CO

Escape to the Cowgirl Casa, a beautiful ranch style house in picturesque Montrose, the gateway to the San Juans. With 3 cozy bedrooms including 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. The home has 2 bathrooms one with a bathtub shower combo and one walk in shower. This perfect retreat is ideal for guests seeking a relaxing getaway. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday or work trip one to remember. The home is one level with an entrance ramp and shower bars, making the space ADA accesible. The backyard has a playscape for the kiddos and dog run for the pups! Designated workspace and WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, dining space and living room with 75in tv make this the perfect home away from home. Come take your boots off and stay a while. This is a home, not a hotel or an apartment. As such, occasionally things happen. We don’t have an onsite maintenance team and living in a rural area it sometimes takes time to get things fixed. Please be patient and understanding with us when things go wrong! We will do our best to fix them as soon as possible!

If you bring a dog to the property you are responsible for cleaning their waste in the yard. We also ask that you not let furry friends on the couch or put down a blanket for them to sit on. Thank you!

For stays longer than 10 days we require an additional cleaning every 10 days for $150 each. This helps us keep our cleaner working (she is an amazing mom and artist!) and our space clean. Please note that if she finds damage to the property you’ll be asked to cover the cost of replacement or leave the property depending on the severity of the damage. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space nice for future guests.
