Family vacation

Beautiful place to stay

This home was just as nice as it looked in the pictures. The back yard/pool area was a wonderful place to start and end each day. I would highly recommend this rental.

This home is everything pictured and more! The location is perfect for traveling around the island and exploring. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The backyard is a beautiful oasis and Diego is wonderful to work with and answers all questions quickly. We will be back!!

Great house!

The host of was very welcoming and met us for check in. She showed us around and asked if we needed anything. House was plenty big enough for four adults. The back yard was the best part. Especially making use of the hammocks and pool. Highly recommend!

Fantastic house

This house really exceeded our expectations. What a gem! Spacious inside and extremely spacious outside. Beautiful garden with fantastic pool. Whole accommodation was phenomenal and highly recommend.

Our Aruba Getaway

We love Aruba and try to return every year. This house was by far our favorite. It's better in person! The outside living area is amazing. We even made friends with a neighbor's cat and an Iguana. The manager is very helpful and quick to answer any questions. We will stay here again for sure!

Will stay again

We stayed at this beautiful home with another couple. The house was perfect for our needs. The outdoor area was an absolute dream! It is located close to all of the hotels, great restaurants and stores. Our only "dislike" was that the beds weren't very comfortable. However, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. We would definitely love to stay again in the future. Thank you Diego for sharing your home with us.

As advertized

Very nice house with nice grounds. The checkin/checkout procedure was great. The only downfall was the living room furniture should be upgraded, it was very low and hard for us older people to get out of. Also had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, dish soapo ect for a 10 day stay. Thanks for a nice stay.

Quiet and convenient

Nice neighborhood. House had everything we needed. Loved the backyard with the pool. Ate all of our meals outside, read books in the hammock and swam in the pool everyday. Close to beaches, restaurants and groceries. We did rent a car.

Casa Opal , Great Location Very Clean

The Casa Opal Villa was perfect! We loved the location and the amenities. Diego was so friendly and helpful! Villa was very clean with spacious rooms. Our son was sick when we arrived and Diego offered to take him to the hospital if we needed to cross that bridge if he had gotten worse that night. Thankfully he was better after a few days. It was incredible to be able to just walk a short distance to the beautiful beaches We will definitely be back!

Winter Break Get Away

The villa was exactly as shown in the pictures. We had all the ammenities we needed. The inside was spacious enough for the 3 couples and the outside exceeded our expectations. The pool was delightful and clean. The check in and out process was simple. Deigo responded to any quesitons within minutes and was very helpful with suggestions. The beach and food stores was close. I would highly recommend staying at this villa. We are already deciding when to return.

Beautiful property in a good location

Our host Diego was on site when we arrived at the casa. He explained everything we needed to know about how the devices worked, the lights switches, etc... He also gave us suggestions for local restaurants. During our stay, he responded quickly to any questions we had. The check-out went well. Our group enjoyed the backyard arrangement outside the house where we spent the majority of the time. We recommend this property and will not hesitate to return eventually.

Great oasis

Diego was a great communicator. He met us at check in and went through the details of the property. He met us at check out to thank us for the stay. We called once with a question and he answered right away and was very helpful. The home had everything we needed, was comfortable and in a great neighborhood. And the backyard-wow! The pictures don’t do it justice. It is more beautiful in person and quite an oasis. Wonderful places to sit, eat, lounge and relax. The pool was excellent. Loved Aruba and the people. Will book this home for our next visit. Thanks Diego!

Great house, great neighborhood, attentive host

As the title suggests, the house is great, and it is in a good neighborhood in Noord and Diego was very attentive. He met me when I arrived, and promptly responded if there were any issues, or to let me know when the pool guy or gardener was coming. The only issue I had was a very small, one: the lack of available outlets for things like charging phones. But again, a very small issue. Good washer/dryer, good water pressure in the shower, great refrigerator/freezer. And of course, the tiki hut and the private pool. I was at the house for almost 30 days and I worked under the tiki hut while I was there, and it was great.

Spring Vacation

The property was lovely and clean. The outdoor area was fabulous and large. My son and daughter loved the property. It was in a very safe location and was close to the hotels and the beach. We rented a car and was close to all of the attractions on the island. The supermarket was around the corner. The backyard was amazing with the pool and the lights, there was a lot of room for entertainment. I would definitely rent this property again. The owners responded quickly to our request.

Perfect for a family vacay!

The house is beautiful and perfect for a family. Diego has it stocked with every convenience you might need. He is extremely responsive and goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your stay. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. We drove to the beach because I think the walk might be a bit long but it’s a 6 minute drive. The pool is gorgeous the house is beautiful and the backyard has a wonderful breeze that allows you to sit and relax and enjoy the space. We are planning to return and stay with Diego again.

We love this house!

Upon our arrival, Diego checked us in with a tour and important helpful information. The house was immaculate and well appointed. The spaces worked well for us (my husband, two teenagers and me), and we loved the outdoor living options. We love Aruba and found the location to be perfect for us- we tend to avoid the hotel areas, and always rent a car. The house is a little over a mile to Tres Trapi and Boca Catalina, an easy and safe walk. The neighborhood is residential and the street was very quiet. Diego was very responsive when we needed to ask for help with appliances, or had questions about the house. We very highly recommend this property, and hope to stay there again in the future!

Met expectations based on size of property and price. Location was excellent, 5 min. drive to everything. Villa was clean, well stocked with utensils, towels, plates, etc ... Could have used basic detergents and soap/shampoos. Pillows and master bedroom mattress can be better. Diego is a great host and was super responsive.

Gorgeous oasis

This property was just as pictured. Close to beaches restaurants and entertainment. 15 minutes to airport. Do yourself a favor and download maps.me and Aruba map before you come. Road signs are non existent. We enjoyed our stay

An Awesome Visit to Casa Opal

The house was everything we anticipated and hoped for. We were so happy to have a private place away from the busy, noisy, touristy parts of the island. We had six people, three couples, and the house accommodated us perfectly. The security of the home was great - with a security system and a safe, we felt confortablr leaving our belongings and passports. The pool was GREAT and we made so many memories in the backhard and under the tiki hut. Thank you Diego for an awesome first visit to Aruba!

Beautiful maintained house. Everything you needed was at home

Location was easy to get to palm beach area (3 minute drive) and eagle beach (12 minute drive). The house was very private. We spent most of our stay outdoors.

Wonderful Property

Diego and Liedie were very gracious hosts during our visit from 9-16 Feb 2019. The villa is a real delight and in a quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and Diego was quick to respond with any questions. The back patio and pool provided a great place to retreat for meals and lounging. We are already planning to return in 2020.
