I would describe the place is a townhouse with a built-in garage which was a plus and worked out beautifully. The house was very tidy and was well equipped like a home away from home. Communication with the host was prompt and precise. Location was great for us anywhere we went was between 5-40 minutes away max. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We really enjoyed our recent mother-daughter trip to Indianapolis and this property played a big role in us feeling comfortable and secure. Because this was a new city for us and we had little insight into local neighborhoods, we centered our search on convenient and secure parking, public transit locations and overall walkability reports. We especially loved the private garage, which opened into the unit, and the availability of a bus stop less than a block away. We also walked back to the unit from the Mass Ave area (after eating at the Garage) and felt really comfortable doing so. The unit itself is exactly as pictured and in an urban setting. (If you are wanting to wake up to the sounds of nature, this is not the place for you.) I think one of the reasons this property worked so well for us is that we wanted a landing spot and not a hang out. That is, we spent most of our time exploring the city and not chilling at the unit. (We didn’t cook a single thing, just had some grab-and-go snacks.) We went out and returned for showers or sleep. Settled between a highway and doggie daycamp facility, and just a block or so away from a fire department, there is a lot of city noise. Fans (host provided) helped with white noise at night, as did falling asleep to an audiobook.All-in-all, we loved it and will consider staying again if we plan another Indianapolis visit.

Nice enough

Nice location and decent living arrangements but we were not pleased with the gnats and lack of televisions as advertised. The owner Scott shrugged it off and said that no one else ever made a complaint sooooo… Never offered any resolutions or to help, etc. Never even received a response for hours so we had no choice but to handle the gnat issue ourselves and use our own devices for entertainment throughout the stay. There were a few other smaller yet irritating inconveniences but we slept fine and felt safe so it turned out to be ‘nice enough’

WE TRAVEL FOR THE 79TH INTERNATIONAL CHURCH OF GOD GENERAL ASSEMBLY

We stayed 1 week at this house and it was wonderful. We had a full-stocked kitchen, and everything we needed for our stay in Indy. Close to downtown, yet far enough away to relax. Have plenty stock of toilets paper for the family of 5.neighborhood was quiet. Very clean house 100/100

Great place

Great place to stay for an overnight trip in Indy! Place was clean with a great set up. The garage was an added perk too. Only thing we struggled with was we couldn’t get the TV in the master bedroom to work.

Stay while passing through

My family and my parents stayed here while passing through on a road trip. The place was exactly what we needed and the layout was really nice! The master bathroom/closet allowed us to have our 7 mo old basically have her own room. The box fans in each room were really nice to have. Other reviews talked about highway and dog noises but we didn’t experience that. Could have been that we were only there for a night but wanted to note it since we saw it on other reviews.

Convenient Indy location

The place is well set up and in a convenient location, away from any traffic etc. It was clean, easily accessible and well taken care of. The only drawback is the back bedroom, since the unit's back is to the interstate, you get constant traffic noise. A fan is provided to block out the noise and it helped some. The other rooms didn't have this issue. I still recommend this place, for those who aren't light sleepers or don't use all 3 bedrooms this wouldn't be an issue. I would consider staying here again if I were to return to Indy.

Has everything you need and nothing you don't. Enough towels including make up towels. Clean property. Solid location. 3 queen beds in 3 separate rooms was perfect for our group and a great price. Easy street parking nearby and a garage spot. Only minor knock is that it's near the highway and you can hear the traffic some. They provide box fans that pretty effectively block out this noise.

Access to home was clear and simple. Garage was a nice benefit. The beds were comfortable. Great location to downtown. Only drawback was the doggie daycare across the street. It wasn’t a big issue but if you plan to sleep in you may not be able to for the dogs barking will wake you in the master bedroom
