Charming 2/2 Oceanfront condo in N. Myrtle Beach, Pets, top floor balcony view.

Welcome to Sandpiper Villa with beautiful ocean view that can be enjoyed from our spacious balcony. Located in the Windy Shores 1 complex, you would be close to everything N. Myrtle beach has to offer.

Included in your stay is:
-Full use of the condo
-Linen included (Bed sheets/blankets, bath
towels, Hand towels & wash cloths
-Washer/Dry with 2 tide pods
-Fully stocked kitchen with 2 dishwasher pods
& 1 role of paper towel
-Smart TV in living room and both bedrooms
-Complete dining set for seven guests.
-Shower gel, Shampoo, Conditioner dispenser
& two roles of toilet paper in each bathroom
-Washer/dry w/ two wash pods included
-Shared outdoor pool.
-Beach access next to the building
-High speed Wifi with cable TV
-Central A/C w/ easy to use thermostat
-And of course use of our spacious balcony
with a wonderful top floor view overlooking N.
Myrtle Beach

Access: Sandpiper Villa is located on the top floor (3rd floor NO ELEVATOR) which gives you the best view of the beach. Self-check in only & you will be given your own personal entry code to both the front and back doors.

Parking: One assigned parking space is given per stay, and also a first come first serve parking on the beach access side of the building (any spot not assigned). Overflow parking is located approximately 100yds down on 33rd St. Two yellow parking decals provided & must be displayed to park. Decals must be left in the condo upon checkout. No motorcycles, RV's, Trailers, Golf Carts or boats allowed to park at the on site or overflow parking lots.

Family room includes: dining table with four chairs, three stools for the kitchen counter, sofa, swivel chair, Smart TV W/ cable and access to the large balcony.

Bedroom #1: king bed with access to the large balcony, Smart TV & cable channels, and an ensuite full bath

Bedroom #2: two bunk beds (Twin over full & twin over twin) with access to the hallway full bath.

Balcony: Large balcony with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the ocean view, and backdoor access to the pool and beach.

Pool: Complex outdoor pool. Open at the HOA discretion.

Beach Access: located on the NE side of the building with a direct line to the beach.

All beach accessories (Towels, umbrellas, toys, chairs, etc...) NOT provided and will need to be brought and removed by the guests.

We enjoyed our time in North Myrtle. This property was updated and most importantly was clean! The large covered balcony was great for catching sunrises, sunsets and just enjoying the ocean view. The location is great as it’s not too far from things like Broadway and Top Golf but also really close to Barefoot Landing. Communication with the owner was great. They were super responsive and kind.

property was nice, located perfectly on wide beach. We spent most time at the beach but pool area was nice as well. property was well stocked and was able to prepare meals on site. Beds werealso comfortable.

We had a great stay. We loved the location and loved spending the evenings sitting on the balcony. Everything in the condo was nice and clean, and we loved that we could have our little dog with us. We also enjoyed using the pool. We would definitely stay there again.

Great family vacation!

This was our most preferred location to date. Check in and out along with all communication with the owner was easy and consistent. The unit was clean, and had a large balcony with easy access to get to the beach without having to walk through the condo. We had everything we needed! Would definitely book again!

Beautiful oceanfront getaway!

The property and location were amazing with beautiful views of the ocean! Everything was clean and as described. The location was very convenient to everything in North Myrtle and steps to the beach. We enjoyed the quietness of the building. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions. A great place to stay!

Beautiful condo with ocean view

We loved this condo, even though there's no elevator, it was worth the climb!Very clean and well supplied. Our tiny pups took advantage of the pup pillows that was provided and they loved them! We are so glad we stayed, had a great time!

We stayed at Windy Shores I Aug 23-Sept 6 (2 weeks). This condo was clean and had all the comforts of home. The location was an amazing oceanfront view in our favorite area of N Myrtle Beach (Windy Hill). So greatful we were able bring our little dog with us now that she getting older and don't want to leave her behind. The balcony was larger than most and we enjoyed breakfast watching the sunrise. The outdoor pool was clean and refreshing. We had an amazing time.
