Your home away from home in Apache Junction.
This delightful remodeled single wide mobile home sits on 1/3 acre and features a 216 sq. ft. addition providing plenty of space for a comfortable stay.
One of the highlights of this property is the spacious spa to provide you with relaxation.
With 2 bedrooms, One having a king bed and sliding glass door onto a spacious deck with table and chairs. The other a cozy full bed, All linens are provided for both.
There are 3 comfy recliners in the living room in front of a flat-screen TV that has streaming and Direct-TV.
The full kitchen has all the needed appliances, including a coffee maker and blender, as well as all pots/pans and utensils.
The oak dining table seats 4 comfortably for warm meals together or enjoying a hot tea and cookie alone.
The bathroom is clean and well-maintained for your comfort, coming complete with towels & washcloths.
The office has a desk for you to utilize with your laptop to take care of necessary business. Off the office there is a pet door leading to the fully fenced backyard.
Beautiful desert landscaping, including a deck for lounging. And a 2nd deck on top of the garage with fantastic views of the Superstition mountains and beautiful sunsets. There's a grill for all your favorite BBQ foods.
With heating, air-conditioning, a washer & dryer and WiFi, your stay will be convenient and stress-free. The rent includes all utilities, Elect, Gas, Water, Sewer, Trash, Direct TV and Internet.
