Additionally, a versatile third room has been thoughtfully transformed into a cozy den, complete with a television and fold out queen couch. These two rooms share a full bathroom with double vanity. The well-appointed kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, and the convenience of in-unit laundry adds to the ease of living (Must stay 3 or more days for access).
Step outside to discover a beautiful backyard featuring a relaxing covered patio, perfect for enjoying the Arizona sunshine and an amazing view of the Superstition Mountains.
Beyond the home itself, you'll have access to the community center, which boasts an amazing gym for your fitness needs and a large, inviting pool for those leisurly days. Experience comfortable convenient living in this exceptional rental property. The property has outside cameras for safety purposes. No stays over 28 days will be authorized.
