I am from Argentina but have lived abroad a very great and important part of my life from age 8 to 18.
Studied abroad and moved to London England for 2 years and afterwards to Sao Paulo Brazil for 8 years. It gave me the opportunity and passion to study and soak myself in a then unimaginable variety of cultures. How could i not in such amazing melting pot of cities?
I speak Spanish, English and Portuguese fluently and also their cultural ways which have given me a greatly diversified capability to manage all type of people and social situations with respect and care.
I thank my time in brazil to my best friend who as a brazilian korean showed me even greater open mindedness to experiencing food which before meeting him, i did not have.
All of this makes me a great connoseur of different cousines!
Not to mention the high standards of service which Sao Paulo, Brazil maintains and my background in hotel management and tourism, makes me an honest and trustworthy host/guide to Buenos Aires to have by your side.❤️🔥

You will be close to top tourist locations such as Recoleta Cementary(7 blocks away) notorious Ateneo Grand Splendid book store(4 blocks away) as well as many great eating venues.
You will have 2 supermarkets half a block away, one laundromat 10 meters away and paid private roofed parking space just 30 meters away!
The house proprietor, your host, will help you get settled, offer advice on where to eat if you so desire and help you move around town with much freedom and expertise.

Incredibly peaceful, not much movement in the apartment apart from guests from this listing since all the other proprietors are over 70 years of age. Sometimes it will seem like you are the only habitant in the building!
Although the city may be chaotic, this apartment building will make you feel like you are on the suburbs, just as long as you maintain your windows closed due to how well they are soundproof.
Both bedrooms provide beautiful mirrored doors for wardrobes; Floor to ceiling, wall to wall, giving it a touch of grandiosity.
Floor to ceiling windows will also make for great natural light in the masterbedroom and living room.
Small but great set of american literature and a guitar will keep you entertained as well as an equipped tv with hbo and paramount+ apps, free soccer games when in season as well!
Last but not least; wood, leather and natural rugs are used around the listing to infatuate and allude to Argentine rural culture.
