Our stay here was lovely! We were accommodated for a last minute booking we made in transit from Toronto to New York after our original one fell through. The stay exceeded expectations, with a very lovely neighborhood. Definetely book marked this lovely home for our next visit!

Everything was awesome! Convenient to PATH station. Apartment was awesome. Loved having the washer and dryer. But New Jersey is gross, LOL.

Lovely Booking!

This apt was larger than expected and convenient to Journal Square. The W/D in unit was a plus. Cleanliness, safe and quiet space was better than described with an accommodating and responsive Host as well.

Everything was super easy. The property manager was readily available faster than expected. It was a comfortable and clean stay. Has a enjoyable shower.

No parking on listing, had to park 10 minutes away in parking garage at 25 a night "host" was rude , didn't even try to compromise on the price per night due to the parking, neighborhood was AWESOME! do NOT recommend!

They don't have AC and parking spot

It was not mentioned clerly that there is no AC and we were surprised and suffocated when we entered the room, only one fan was provided at first and one more fan for other room is provided on request. Parking is worst. Only good thing was, they responded quick.

A good find in the Marion District

Listing should note stairs. Lots of stairs. Entry of property would feel nicer if porch was clean and newspapers were not strewn about and mail boxes not spilling over and out of their boxes on the ground. This gives the effect it is a vacant building. Key situation was fine. Although, not being given the WI-FI was a bummer the first night and day. The apartment inside was everything mentioned in listing. Comfortable and clean. The heater works great. Overall, 5 stars for inside.

I was placed in a unit with no air conditioner during a heatwave!

It was over ninety degrees in the unit. All they provided was 4 fans for a two-bedroom apartment on the top floor of a two-story building (heat rises). It was miserable. I was unable to complete my stay. I was forced to leave after one night. I truly believe I would have suffered a serious health crisis, if not death, had I stayed there.Also, the owner would not communicate with me about a refund, and I was charged for the entire five nights! Vrbo's justification: air conditioning was not listed as an amenity, so I was not entitled to a refund for the rest of the days unless the owner agreed, and only the owner could cancel the reservation for the rest of the stay. They didn't.

Notre hôte a été vraiment d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle, l'appartement était très propre et fonctionnel. Le couchage parfait, mise a disposition des ustensiles de cuisine rien à dire. De plus machine à laver et sèche linge sont rvraiment un plus. Notre hôte a été présent à chaque demande de notre part. Géographiquement bien placé, les américains sont très gentils et n'hésitent pas à échanger. Our host was truly exceptionally kind, the apartment was very clean and functional. The bedding was perfect, and kitchen utensils were provided, nothing to complain about. In addition, the washing machine and dryer are really a plus. Our host was there for every request we made. Geographically well located, the Americans are very kind and don't hesitate to communicate.
