From approximately Sept. 2025 to May 2026, the Town of Hilton Head Island will be completing a Beach Renourishment Project to restore erosion of several areas of the beaches.

Marriott’s Grande Ocean will be undergoing a façade renovation project from Sept. 2024 through April 30, 2025. Please anticipate contractors and construction noise during your upcoming stay.

The resort is undergoing elevator enhancements through July 2026. Up to two elevators will be closed at a time during each building’s renovation. Please anticipate construction noise during this time.
