Unusually large backyard for LA features a regulation size sand volleyball court, deck, patio, propane grill, and 13 person hot tub / swim spa!

The house is located in one of the best neighborhoods in LA - the area is very safe and quiet. The driveway can accommodate 3 vehicles, and there is plenty of free street parking right in front of the house.

The dining room features 2 large dining tables that seat 12. Game room features 2 queen sleeper sofa beds and a 16 foot indoor shuffleboard table. Note: it states that 2 queen beds are in the living room - they are actually in the game room - see photos.

The house gets an ocean breeze since it is close to the beach. For this reason, it does not have central AC. But, it does have a whole house fan that pulls cool air from outside into the house. The house is naturally cool in the mornings and evenings and doesn't get too hot during the day.

The backyard court features an easily adjustable net so that you can choose between men's volleyball, women's volleyball, and beach tennis. We supply a volleyball and beach tennis paddles and balls.

NO PARTIES - NO LOUD MUSIC!!! This is a quiet residential neighborhood. You may have a gathering of up to 12 people (the sleeping capacity of the house), but you may not create excessive noise. Have your guests enter the house quickly and be in the house and backyard without disturbing the neighbors.
