Disponible todo el año. La preciosa casa en Venecia. Ideal para vacaciones. Totalmente amueblado. Wifi. Cocina equipada con estufa de Viking, lavavajillas, desayunador. hermosa luz. Gran sala central con mesa de comedor, con capacidad para 10 personas cómodamente. Pisos laminados. piano de cola vertical. Chimenea en el salón. Perfecto para el entretenimiento. 3 dormitorios, 2 baños. dormitorio principal se abre a un balcón de arriba, tiene TV de pantalla ancha, y la pequeña oficina con vistas. Un cuarto de abajo tiene una hermosa vista al jardín. dormitorios planta baja cuentan con camas dobles. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio. Fuera de la calle para 4 vehículos. Piscina (sin calefacción), muy grande patio privado. Muy bien diseñado. Dos Weber bar-b-ques (gas y carbón), el ahumador eléctrico.

Very nice stay

This was our first time staying at a rental home and we loved our stay. This charming home is in a good location and the hosts are very friendly and accomidating.

The house is obviously loved by the people who own it. Their personality is written all over the many things in the house. They couldn’t have been nicer and when I needed something, they were right on it.And the setting’s great.Very nice place to stay!

Venice Pool house

We had a wonderful stay at Bill and Judy’s for our family vacation! We were there for the Taylor Swift concert and they were more than accommodating for our early arrival! The pool was definitely a plus and the house was amazing! Thank you for a great stay!

Absolutely lovely

Our hosts were wonderful and our experience was flawless.This charming home is nestled in an ideal part of Venice. It is close to many restaurants, freeway access, the beach and is in a highly walkable neighborhood (that felt safe) with a diverse collection of homes. Our events were in Playa Vista and Marina del Rey which are a hop, skip and jump from the house (by car).Everything that we needed was available in the home. The energy of the space is inviting, warm and peaceful. The house felt like a hug.I would definitely stay again when visiting west LA. I am a native, now living in another part of the state so I know the zone and this is truly a gem. We couldn’t be more pleased with our choice.

Beautiful Artists Home in Venice

We had a wonderful stay. The house feels warm and lived in - like a home away from home. There’s an extensive CD collection with music from every era. While the pool is unheated, it was a great temperature for us to swim on the warm days during our stay. If you want to watch tv, there is only one upstairs in the primary suite. But there are plenty of games to enjoy downstairs. The kitchen and pantry are well-stocked. Would definitely recommend Judy and Bill’s home.

An unforgettable visit

This stay was supposed to be just a place for us to sleep while we visited family and the local attractions. With each passing day, we only wanted to spend more time at the house rather than leave for something inevitably less fulfilling. Bill's generosity of time, music and literature reminded us all of what life is really about. It will be difficult to visit hotels or generic homes in the future or at least it will be easier to justify spending all of your time away. Life changing stay.

Lovely home, great location

A lovely home with fantastic outside space in a great neighborhood. Check-in was straightforward and hosts Judy & Bill were super helpful. I'd highly recommend this property and we hope to return in the future.

Perfect stay for first-time LA visitors

We were attracted by the artsy decor, the piano and the pool of this listing. It turned out to offer much more. It’s our first visit to LA. The location is perfect. Very convenient to get on the main highways to everywhere. Close to the airport and Venice beach. Easy to drive to downtown, Santa Monica, Disneyland and other beaches down the South. We wish the weather could be nicer so we can use the pool, but it’s very relaxing just to sit in the backyard. Our six year old daughter kept complaining that why we couldn’t spend more time just “at home” instead of going to places. The host Bill is very friendly and thoughtful. We will definitely recommend this lovely home to any families with young kids visiting LA.

Wonderful home, perfect hosts!

We adored this home - warm, comfortable, inviting, w a real cook's kitchen, a pool, a piano, guitar and ukelele for my musician daughter and boyfriend, and the most amazing reading and cd collection. Great location away from the crowds but close to everything. MOST importantly, though, we adored Bill and Judy, our hosts, who are warm, kind and generous. They even offered us a christmas tree stand and lights for our tree! Truly humans of the highest order, as evidenced by Bill's response when we told him our daughters boyfriend tested positive for covid just one day into his stay w us. Bill was calm, reassuring and understanding - allowing our kids to stay on ( we skedaddled ! ) and helping us plan the cleaning and turnover at the end of the week in a way that was safe for all, and offering assistance to my adult kids if they needed it even after they moved on to finish their isolation at another airB&B. This pandemic has been a nightmare for us all, but it has shown us just how wonderful some people can be. People like Bill and Judy show us the best of who we are, and knowing them gives me faith that if we just pull together, we can get through this. I can't wait for this pandemic to be over so we can return to this wonderful home again with our family.

Perfect!

Loved our stay here! We hosted Thanksgiving dinner with my brother and his family. It was amazing to stay in a real home filled with books, music, and art. We enjoyed playing the upright piano and browsing various books from the shelves. The kitchen had everything we needed. We even made s'mores in the fire pit. Excellent communication. Hope to stay here again on future trips to LA!

My family and I had a great stay

We had a great time on our trip and thank to the wonderful home we stayed in. Great for family’s to spend time together and relax. This is a beautifully designed spaces house with very tasteful decor and amazing outdoor area. My family loved the backyard & pool, spent every evening there. Location is great, it is a quiet residential neighborhood, 10 minutes away from restaurants, beach, shopping. We highly recommended!! Definitely come back!

Amazing Venice experience
