Located in Sedona’s upscale Village of Oak Creek, this peaceful retreat offers stunning, up-close red rock views and effortless access to Sedona’s top hiking trails. The Village is a quieter, more relaxed alternative to Uptown, just minutes from scenic drives, boutique shops, excellent restaurants, and championship golf. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets, dark-sky stargazing, and the serenity of a true Zen Escape in an area the locals consider "Sedona’s best-kept secret."

The space:

Modern comfort meets rustic charm in this beautifully appointed home. Vaulted ceilings, large windows, and a stone fireplace create a warm, open feel. Relax on the huge leather sectional in front of the 65” Roku TV or take in the red rock vistas pouring in through every window.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

The home comfortably sleeps six in style, featuring three spacious bedrooms—one king and two queens—each with a 50” Smart TV, ceiling fan, and luxurious 100% Egyptian cotton sheets. Two spa-inspired bathrooms offer rain showers, dual vanities, and premium amenities including a hair dryer, makeup mirror, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Kitchen & Dining:

A chef-ready kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a reverse osmosis water system, and ALL the essentials for cooking and dining. The large island seats three, while the adjacent dining area seats six comfortably. You'll find everything from plates and glassware to pots, pans, and utensils—including a wine opener, cheese slicer, and measuring spoons, to name just a few. We also provide pantry basics like salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, cooking spray, foil, popcorn, coffee (grounds and pods), hot chocolate, a milk frother, and an assortment of teas to make your stay even more enjoyable. We thought of everything!

Entertainment & Extras:

The game room is a guest favorite, offering foosball, a vintage Pac-Man/Galaga arcade, giant Connect Four, yoga mats, free weights, a cozy reading nook, and a futon that doubles as a fourth bed for 2 extra guests. A dedicated workspace with dependable, high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi, a full laundry room with supplies, and thoughtful family-friendly touches—like children’s books, toys, highchair, and a Pack ’n Play—make the home both fun and comfortable for all ages.

Outdoor Oasis:

Step outside into your own half-acre desert oasis, featuring a private full-size heated pool with a Baja deck, six lounge chairs and umbrellas, pool toys, a large, relaxing hot tub, a gas fire table, a gas BBQ grill, and 1,500 sq. ft. of inviting patio space with additional seating for 8. Take in up-close views of Sedona’s iconic “Rabbit Ears” red rocks, unwind on peaceful nature walks with stops at our mini-golf putting green, corn hole game, hammock, Adirondack chairs, and experience unforgettable stargazing—all from the comfort of your backyard.

Camera on Front Exterior of Property:

A doorbell camera is installed at the front door, and a camera above the garage provides a view of the walkway and driveway for added security. NO CAMERAS are in the backyard, on the patio, hot tub, pool, or any other common areas.

Pool/Spa/Hot Tub Liability Waiver:

Please allow at least 24 hours' notice for the pool to heat to the mid-80s. For safety and energy efficiency, keep the electric rolling cover closed when the pool is not in use. Heat retention is not guaranteed if the cover is left open overnight or for extended periods.

The pool and spa maintenance is done on Friday or Saturday afternoons. Maintenance personnel will access the backyard, but do not require access to the house.

By using the swimming pool and spa/hot tub/Jacuzzi, you acknowledge and accept that these activities involve inherent risks and agree to use them at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring the pool and spa safety covers are secured and locked when not in use.

You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury or harm arising from swimming or using the spa and agree to hold the property owner harmless. You acknowledge that swimming and spa use can pose significant risks, especially to unsupervised children, individuals with health conditions, those under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication, or those who are pregnant. Proper supervision and caution are essential at all times.

By proceeding with this booking, you acknowledge and agree to assume full responsibility for any accidents or injuries you or your party members may experience. You understand and accept the risks outlined above and agree to take full responsibility for yourself and your party. You waive any claims against the hosts or property owner for accidents or incidents arising from using the swimming pool or spa.

All guests in your party confirm they have read and understand this waiver, and by proceeding, you agree that this constitutes a binding and enforceable agreement between the VRBO guests and the VRBO host.

Guest Access:
Guests have use of the whole home, yard, pool, and patio. However, they cannot access the locked owner's closet or garage.
