Great, clean property very close to the town center with effortless check-in/out and a responsive host. Note that the carpets had a few stains, and the toilet can be a bit sensitive (we had a minor clog early on that we fixed ourselves since we were leaving soon). Otherwise, a fantastic stay and a great location!

We appreciated the central location near Vons, with easy transportation connections around town. The few minor problems (some missing initial dishwasher tabs, trash bags, and clock batteries) were resolved quickly. And it's nice to have the pool and jacuzzi in the summer!

The property and the amenities were as described, hot tub and pool were just a minute walk away with great atmosphere and the recreation room had fun games and a great ambience. I highly recommend this stay. It’s everything you want for your money.

Great place for the price. I had difficulty getting information about checking in. But once I was able to get that everything went smooth. Would stay again.

Had minor issue checking in after I was provided a wrong door code. Luckily, host responded quickly with new code. Overall, the condo was acceptable however the place is in need of new carpet.

Several things in the cabin either never worked or went out while staying there and no one ever fixed a damn thing! Repeated calls to be contact number always ends with we appreciate your patience and understanding! WiFi never worked and we called and were told that no fix was possible, which to us meant no one wanted to pay for a new router. The tv had blocks on all streaming channels except YouTube. We tried Netflix Hulu,Apple TV, Prime, and Paramount with nothing working. We checked all of our passwords before we left and they still didn’t work! Completely unacceptable but the staff never did a damn thing about it. We will never stay in this location or places like it ever again. We grew weary getting emails that ended with we request you patience and understanding!

Stay somewhere else

This unit is run down, in need of repairs. Infested with rodents. Smells like mold/mildew.The host was timely with communication. Host did not offer any solutions, just apologies.Staying here was not an enjoyable experience.

Nice place for a short stay.

Property was clean and in a good location. We come to Mammoth often and this was a good price. The bunk bed mattress are extremely hard and difficult to sleep on but the main bed is comfy. Toilet can use an update, It's extremely slow to flush and clogs very easily. Front door entry was not working all the time. Some times it took several tries for it to unlock. Overall I would stay here again but for 2 people comfortably. Having a 3rd or 4th to sleep on those bunk bed mattresses would be uncomfortable.

I will not stay there again. Pros: Bedding was clean. Fridge was clean. Plenty of towels and condiments. Bathroom was reasonably clean. Prefect location. Cons: Property is very old and it shows. I don't recall staying in something this old. Looks like the walls were not repainted for a decade or more. But most terrible looking was carpet. It looks like it more than ten years old with a decade or more of accumulated stains. Window shades fall of every time I tried to close them. In leaving room, one window was washed and another dirty.

We booked for five nights and chose it because of its convenient location near town, the shuttle route, and the appealing pool and hot tub. We were primarily in Mammoth to visit family, so we didn't expect to spend much time in the unit.Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found the unit to be quite run down. The carpets were heavily stained and appeared dirty, many of the electrical outlets were too loose to securely hold plugs, making it difficult to charge our electronics, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. While these issues were disappointing, we were willing to overlook them since we planned to be out most of the time.The biggest concern came on Wednesday night when we returned and were alarmed to notice that something in our unit was missing and realizing someone had been in while we were out. We immediately contacted the host, who was unaware of the entry and even though they changed the door code around 10:00 p.m; we spent a restless night worrying about who had been in and if they would return. The next day we were told that the entry was authorized for maintenance, Unfortunately, we no longer felt safe staying in the unit and chose to leave a day early, ending our vacation. While we appreciate the host's quick response once notified, the combination of the property's poor condition and the unexpected intrusion significantly impacted our stay. For those reasons, we are giving this property a 1.5-star rating and would not choose to stay here again.

Was very comfortable there. I think maybe they could update grade some of the appliances and maybe be the furniture but all and all I had a good stay.
