Big Open, Clean Home

There is so much room in the home. The house was clean clutter free. It wasn't advertised, but they had Disney Plus. That was a huge hit with our kids.

Fun boys and dads get together

Me and my friends have a tradition of getting together every year for one night and spending some time with each other due to our busy work and school schedules. I was so happy to be able to book this property, it was the perfect stay! Me and my friends had a great time and the dads did as well. We even got to call my close friend who was unable to make it due to his military deployment this year. Thank you for opening up your place to us this year we all truly appreciate it!

A step on the back porch needs to be replaced. It is crumbling due to rot. Wouldn’t want anyone to get hurt.

Great place and great host

This was our second stay at this rental. We love it, and plan to return. Very convenient to Axtel campground, Nicks boat doc, groceries, bait and Daves pizza! Nice split bedroom layout. Matresses and pillows are nice quality and plenty of blankets and towels. Ceiling and floor fans boost cool-off after fishing or swimming. Nice tv and problem-free wifi.Big kitchen with everything you need plus extras like foil and basic spices. We cook on vacation, and had everything we needed. Great grill. Neighborhood is friendly and quiet. Julie is extremely responsive, and very friendly. Just a great place all around.

I will consider staying here again when I am in the area to visit family. The lodging is comfortable and cozy. I can't think of anything I needed for my stay that I wasn't provided in the kitchen or baths. A sign or unique feature to let me know I had the right property would have been helpful to let me know I had the correct property. (especially in the dark). The internet for Google maps had a bit of trouble trying to keep up to let me know exactly where I was. (probably because of holiday weekend and everyone trying to use internet) I suggest posting check-out instructions somewhere in the house, possibly on back door. I hope I remembered correctly what the expectations were so that I get my deposit credited back.
