This second-floor apartment, in a well-maintained multifamily building, comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Enjoy the privacy of your own space, while sharing the building with other guests. The apartment is conveniently located near local shops, grocery stores, and restaurants, making it a great base for your stay.

Parking & Access
Guests can enjoy secure, hassle-free entry with a keypad system. The main entrance is located at the front of the building, while the parking area is accessible via the alley at the back. The designated parking spot behind the building accommodates one small to medium-sized car, and free street parking is available nearby.

The bathroom is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a hair dryer, straightener, shampoo, conditioner, soap, first aid kit, and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. You’ll also find cookware, utensils, bakeware, and dinnerware, plus small appliances like a coffee maker, toaster, blender, air fryer, and waffle maker – perfect for preparing meals with ease.

The cozy living room features a smart TV and soundbar, a selection of board games, and high-speed WiFi for entertainment. The dining room includes a bar area, ideal for mixing drinks and unwinding after a day of sightseeing. For families, we offer a high chair and a crib upon request, as well as coloring books to keep the little ones entertained.

For your comfort, the apartment has central AC/heat, a mini-split unit in the kitchen, and ceiling fans throughout. On cooler nights, relax on the deck with the warmth of the fire pit. Laundry facilities are available in the building, and you’re welcome to two complimentary washes and dries during your stay.

Security
For your safety, the property is equipped with 24/7 surveillance cameras located around the building, including the front entrance, side, patio, parking area, laundry room, and deck. Rest assured, there are no cameras inside the apartment, ensuring your privacy during your stay.

Cleaning fee
Your reservation includes a fixed cleaning fee; however, if the apartment is left in poor condition, an additional charge of $170 may apply.

Check-out
All guests must vacate the property by the agreed check-out time of 11:00 AM. Failure to do so, particularly if it disrupts subsequent reservations, will incur an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Please note that this fee does not authorize an overnight extension. There is no grace period, so please ensure you check out promptly by 11:00 AM.

We have the Minut device, which is a smart home monitor designed to track noise, motion, temperature and humidity levels without compromising privacy. It sends real-time alerts via an app if noise exceeds set limits or motion is detected. It ensures the peace of mind of neighbors and respects privacy by preventing audio or video recording.
