There is plenty of free street parking if our one private parking spot is not available.

The space
The Studio has:
King-size bed; kitchenette + dishes for 2; cabinets/closets; central air; large smart TV; strong Wi-Fi; workspace; private bathroom.

Travel time: 15 minutes to Carlisle/Camp Hill, 20 minutes to Harrisburg, 25 minutes to Hershey, and 45 minutes to Gettysburg/Lancaster.

The unit is entirely yours; no shares.
Other things to note
RESTRICTION:
Due to the historic structure, the unit WOULD NOT FIT LARGE FRAME PERSONS / ANYONE ABOVE 350 lbs.



HOUSE RULES
1. Guests do NOT pay a cleaning fee ($200) IF they keep and return the unit clean.

2. Conserve energy: cooling - 75 or above, heating 70 or below. Use water responsibly.

3. No guests or visitors.

4. No smoking, vaping, candles, open fires, or storing any flammable material. No use or storage of illegal drugs. No excessive drinking. No partying, loud noises, or excessive alcohol use. No additional small appliances without prior approval. No pets.
