Our first walk on the property was a typical Punta Mita amazing day in paradise. The
temperature was perfect, visibility was limitless and the sound of the surf was our backdrop.
The view was dominated by a peak in the distance. A peak locals call “Monkey Mountain”.
The house was inspired by this dramatic scene of ocean, jungle and mountain blending into
a picture postcard living frame.
