Important Notice: Punta Mita HOA Noise Regulations

To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all residents and guests, the Punta Mita Homeowners Association has recently implemented updated noise-control rules that all visitors must follow.

Please note the following requirements during your stay:

• Outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum at all times, including music, gatherings, and amplified sound.
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No loud music, parties, or high-volume activity is permitted during this time.
• Speakers must remain inside the villa, with volume kept at a level that cannot be heard beyond the property line.
• Any event, celebration, or outside entertainment must receive prior approval and comply fully with HOA guidelines.
• Failure to follow these rules may result in fines issued by the HOA and/or interruption of your stay.
