Closest Beach – Terramar Beach
Just a short 10–15 minute walk (about ½ mile) from the house! Guests can use the neighborhood under-highway pedestrian/golf cart tunnel at the west end of Sausalito Drive for safe and easy access. Once through the tunnel, follow the road to the beach bridge and boardwalk that leads directly over the dunes to the sand. It’s a peaceful, scenic walk — and perfect for golf carts too!

Half Moon Beach
About 2–2.5 miles west (5–7 minutes by car).
This is a quieter West End beach with wide open shoreline and fewer crowds — perfect for a longer stroll or a peaceful beach day.

San Luis Beach
Approximately 3–4 miles west (7–10 minutes by car).
Located near San Luis Pass, this beach is known for its natural beauty and peaceful setting.

Safety & Security

For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with:
Ring Doorbell at the front door
Ring Floodlight with Doorbell at the back porch entrance
Non-functional “dummy” cameras under each deck as a deterrent

All cameras are located in outdoor common areas and do not infringe on guest privacy inside the home.

Important Notes

Stairs: All living spaces are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, so stairs will be required during your stay.

Starter Kit: A complimentary starter kit is provided to help you settle in, including essentials like toilet paper, soap, trash bags, dish & laundry pods, paper towels, coffee, and sugar, and a maximum of 13 bath towels. Additional supplies may be needed depending on the length of your stay.

Hurricane Season: June 1–November 30. While direct impact is rare, storms can disrupt travel. We recommend travel insurance covering natural disasters, cancellations, or delays. Refunds are only issued if a local evacuation order is given.

Guest Verification: A valid government-issued photo ID may be requested after booking for verification purposes.

Check-in / Check-out: Early check-in and late check-out are available for $50 per hour.

Pet Policy: We welcome up to 2 small pets (25 lbs or under each) with prior approval.
Pets must remain leashed outdoors.
Pets cannot be left unattended.
Pets are not allowed on furniture.
Guests are responsible for cleanup.

Failure to follow pet rules may result in a $150–$250 cleaning/damage fee.
