Welcome to La Buena Vida! Your Cape Coral vacation retreat! This custom-built 3-bedroom, 2-bath pool home features two spacious living areas, an elegant master suite with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. Enjoy the outdoor oasis with a screened lanai, sparkling pool, and private boat dock with lift. Perfect for relaxation and adventure, it’s the ideal getaway for your next vacation.

Welcome to La Buena Vida, a stunning 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom custom-built canal-front home that promises unparalleled relaxation and enjoyment. Nestled in a serene neighborhood, this exceptional property is designed for ultimate comfort and convenience.
Key Features:
Private Canal Access: Enjoy direct access to the Gulf of Mexico from your very own walk-around dock, complete with a 7,000 lb boat lift. Perfect for boating enthusiasts!
Boating Made Easy: Rent a boat with ease—boat rentals can be delivered right to your dock for your convenience.
Nearby Attractions: Explore nearby top-rated restaurants and entertainment options that are accessible by car or boat.
Spacious and Family-Friendly: Ample room for everyone to unwind and have fun, making it an ideal retreat for families and friends.
Guest will have access to the entire house, pool area, yard, and boat dock (with permission). The garage is not accessible. There is space for up to 4 vehicles to park in driveway.
We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owner and are available via your booking app or by phone or text anytime during your stay.
There will also be a comprehensive house manual at the property. Please feel free to contact us before your trip to ask any essential questions via your booking app and we will be happy to answer them.
Our guest experience is important to us and we want to make sure the property and location are right for you and your expectations are met, to ensure a great vacation!
This property has a minimum booking age of 30 and the primary renter must be present throughout the stay.
The pool does not have a permanent barrier and the property has direct canal access, so children must be kept under supervision at all times in any outdoor areas.
Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to use the boat lift/dock, as we require a waiver to be signed before use. The city of Cape Coral does not allow boat trailers to be stored on residential driveways without a permit, so if bringing a trailer, please organize alternate storage. Thank you!
This property has direct Gulf access and the dock has enough space to tie up a craft of 35’ or less. Weight limit for the hoist is 7000 pounds.
The pool is heated at no additional cost to you during peak season.
If you would like the pool heated in off season (May-November), the cost is $15/night and the temperature will be set at 85 degrees. please let us know at least 48 hours before your arrival date and we can organize this for you.
1) The minimum age required to book this unit is 30 and that person MUST be staying at the property for the duration of the booking.
2) The maximum number of guests allowed for occupancy is 6. You will be asked to leave immediately, and no refunds given, if management determines that bookings have been made under false pretenses, guests are underage, or guest numbers exceed 6.
3) Our goal is that you have an excellent stay, and we strive to provide the house in top condition for you. Please notify the property manager upon arrival if anything appears damaged, needs repair, or cleaning. We will assume that everything is in good condition if we do not hear from you within 24 hours.
4) No smoking or vaping on the premises or inside. Violation of this rule will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.
5) Please do not set the AC below 73 degrees as this may cause freeze-up and loss of cooling. The thermostat should be set at 77 degrees when you arrive and set to Auto. Please always leave on Auto, but feel free to lower the temperature (up to 73 degrees). Please make sure to keep all windows and doors shut when the AC is running to maintain maximum efficiency and to ensure that the unit does not burn out.
6) We may consider hosting a furry member of your family (dogs only). PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST - BEFORE BOOKING. We do have restrictions (under 35lbs) and would like to know a little about your dog before approving it. Our furry houseguests must be well-behaved, able to be quietly and safely left alone in the house if you are out and about, and good at staying off furniture. We are sorry but we do not accept any dangerous breeds. There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $100
7) This home is in a residential neighborhood and we kindly ask that you respect the neighbors and community as a whole and keep noise to a minimum after 9 pm.
8) The maximum number of cars allowed to park on the property is 4.
9) We understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable. This also allows us time to repair/replace before the next guests arrive.
Pool: Please note that there is no pool barrier, so children of all ages must be supervised at all times. You (occupant) agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the swimming pool and of the swimming pool’s existence on the property and will not hold the owner or property managers liable.
The boat lift is available for guests use, but please inform us at the time of booking if you intend to make use of it as we require a waiver to be signed prior to arrival and use.
