Esta es sin duda la zona de piscina más singular que hayas visto y ahora puedes experimentarla en tus vacaciones. La bañera de hidromasaje está en una gruta (Disney Park Style) y la cascada que sale de la parte superior de esta gruta es alimentada por dos bombas de 2. 5 HP. La terraza / patio de la piscina es ideal para relajarse, se extiende por todo el ancho de la casa -80 '- y el área cubierta es
77 'X 10' y la piscina tiene 43 'de largo. Plano de planta dividido, Master hacia el oeste, 1 habitación con cama hacia el norte y la otra hacia el este. Esta casa ofrece una sala de estar realmente grande con una puerta corrediza de 45 'de ancho hacia el área de la piscina para que disfrute de la hermosa vista durante todo el día. My stay at this VRBO property was a complete letdown and far from the relaxing vacation we had planned. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property was not as advertised, and the lack of care from the property owner and manager made the experience even worse. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this rental and choose one of the many other properties in Cape Coral with functional amenities and responsible management.Upon check-in, the property manager met us at the house to deliver a shocking piece of information: we couldn’t run all features of the pool/hot tub/waterfall simultaneously because it would trip the breaker. This critical limitation was never disclosed in the property listing or communicated before our arrival, which is incredibly misleading and unacceptable. It set a poor tone for the entire stay.The biggest issue was the hot tub, one of the main amenities we chose this property for. On the first night, we discovered the hot water heater for the hot tub was broken, rendering it unusable. Additionally, the pool could not be heated, further diminishing the value of our rental. The property owner made attempts to fix the issue, but it took 4½ days to get the hot tub operational. Even then, the problems continued—a micro switch on the pump system failed, causing the hot tub to drain completely. This meant that one of the primary reasons we booked this house was unavailable for the majority of our stay.To make matters worse, the repair process

Great location and beautiful home. The pictures didn’t do the home justice, we were even more impressed when we got there. We fished from the dock every night and caught loads of small snappers, trout, and catfish. Having a garage that the guests can use is huge for us and was definitely a bonus.

Great Place

We really enjoyed every aspect of this place. The pool and grotto are the highlights. I have never seen a better one in all of the years we have been coming to Cape Coral. The house and canal are amazing as well. The property manager Manfred, and the host Kurt were ver helpful and responsive. We will for sure be booking again in the future.

Amazing pool

We stayed a week and hardly left the house! The pool is incredible! The kids never got tired of it and the adults loved the hot tub. Fishing off the pier was so much fun. Management is great! Explained everything and offered suggestions on how to conserve power. House had everything we needed, didn’t need to get anything to make the stay better. Would absolutely stay again!

Great pool, but too expensive to use!

We enjoyed the house and pool but were shocked when traveling home to be informed the 29 day stay cost us our entire security deposit and we were "forgiven the remaining balance" for electric usage. We only heated the hot tub 4 or 5 times and got in before it reached max temperature so we could turn it off as soon as possible. The weather the month we were there was warm with a few cold mornings and one all-day rain. Therefore we don't understand the exorbitant electric charges. Bottom line: unless you go in July-August and don't use the heater it is too expensive. We have stayed in Cape Coral and rented properties monthly for years and never exceeded our allowable electric usage. Makes me wonder if the heater is malfunctioning or inefficient. After reading other reviews, we see we are not the only ones that think heating the pool is a problem. Based on what we were charged per kilowatt, utility rates must be extremely high in Florida! I had considered booking here again but can't justify paying so much rental and then so much for electricity usage as well. Might stay at a resort next time!

Rip off on electric use/ owner needs new manager

Stayed 28 days mid Jan to Feb 12th (pool was so cool I didn’t even get in except for a couple of days. It never heat up to over 80 degrees) and had an outrageous overage of electricity usage. The property manager blamed it on our use of the air conditioning (which was kept at 73 degrees); supposedly gave us a good will credit and kept our security deposit Have stayed at several other places in Cape Coral same time of the year, this year was by far the coolest temperatures, and never had a penny of electricity over usage. After reading other tenant reviews must be pool issue But my main complaint is with the rude condescending attitude of this property manager.

Christmas holiday vacation

This was our first vacation that we've taken over the Christmas holiday. We'll definitely be interested in returning during this time again and possibly in the middle of the year. Manfred is the best you can find. He was very accommodating when he was needed. The home exceeded our expectations. Hopefully next time we can take advantage of one of Manfred's boat rentals.

Perfect Family Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! The resort style pool and spa area were even better than we had imagined! The location was perfect as we enjoyed sunsets from the pool area each day. The dock worked out nicely for the boat we rented. We enjoyed riding around the area on the bikes provided. The house was clean and very spacious for our family. We cannot wait to return!

Third Trip Out to this Amazing House!

This is the third time our family has rented this home in Cape Coral and it's still one of our favorite vacation spots! First and foremost, you can't beat the unique pool - we spend most of our time at home, enjoying the outdoor living space. The location is great to head to great local restaurants and beaches. Communication with the owner and manager is excellent and we would definitely come back for another visit!

A mixed stay

The owners did a really nice job restoring property after Ian. They were thoughtful in replacing and stocking items that made it easier to stay. Our only complaint, which unfortunately was the main focus of our trip was the heat of pool and hot tub. Despite running heater all day/evening, we could not get water warm enough for a comfortable swim. The pool person said a sensor is bad (last day). We were then charged for electric bill. We were trying to be understanding, but that was a bit much for a property of this expense. Sorry. Would have otherwise been a 9.9 stay.

Very roomy inside and out. Everything was new because of the hurricane. This place is beautiful. Loved the outdoor shower in the grotto! It’s surprising what mischief two old folks can get into in this wonderful pool area. You have your own private water park!

Outstanding villa

Stayed at this villa for 7 nights to celebrate a big birthday with my wife. I find it hard to put into words just how unbelievably fantastic this villa is. It made us feel like millionaires all week. Inside, the villa has a superb feel to it with new quality appliances and furniture, comfortable beds and a vast living space, whilst the outside pool/spa area is as good as you would find anywhere in the world. Manfred and his wife met us on our arrival and gave us a tour of the villa and made us feel at home which was a great start to the stay. If you are considering booking this villa… do so. It is amazing !!!

One-of-a-kind property!

We booked our stay at this home as a special treat for our 40th birthdays. This house was perfect and exceeded our expectations! What started out as a “one-time” stay at this house has now turned into a place we want to create memories at every year. We loved the location, the pool, and that the kitchen was fully stocked. Each bathroom had its own bath towels, wash clothes, and soap. Besides making a few trips to Publix for food, there was no need to leave this house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we're already counting down the days of when we will return!

Beautiful pool, but poor communication and cockroaches

When we entered the house, everything looked very clean and nice. The kids couldn't wait to enter the pool. Unfortunately on day 2 we found a live cockroach in the kitchen. We took care of it and didn't pay too much attention to it. In the evening we found another big live cockroach in the bedroom. We really didn't like it and I immediately send an email to Kurt to let him know. We got zero response. Only after two days, when we reached out again because the numerous roaches we found every day, he finally responded. The only thing he said, that there are roaches in the house because of the Florida climate. We've been to Florida many times before and we know that if you see a life roach, you should report it, so that the owner of the house can act fast to prevent it from spreading. We told him that and got no response again.... The only email we got back was about a payment for the electricity on the day we left. We think it's unprofessional to ignore problems like this with the house. Therefore, we would not recommend this property to anyone. Choose a beautiful villa with perhaps a smaller pool, but cleanliness and hygiene is for us much more important.

Very clean and well-equipped home, but the pool in the shining star. Grotto, bridge, waterfall, lighting, music... it had everything! The kids loved it!

An absolute dream come true highly recommend!

My partner and I both had the time of our lives a this villa. It is absolutely stunning. Cannot fault a single thing. It’s impeccably clean and beautiful and truly like you’ve stepped into paradise. The owners are extremely friendly warm and welcoming and communication and organisation was excellent, we had great contact throughout and a lovely informative tour. The villa has absolutely everything you would need and more. The pool area is out of this world, as is the whole area of Cape Coral. We had the holiday of a lifetime and we will definitely be coming back as often as we can! Already started saving up! We want thank the owners for being so wonderful and kind and we look forward to seeing you soon! Katy & Stephen
