Cozy Home at Heavenly Ski Resort + 5 min to CasinosPrivate Hot Tub/Pet Friendly

29 days min situated in Upper Kingsbury, close to hiking, skiing, biking and whatever kind of “ing” you can think of. We are 10 minutes away from Stateline and South Lake casinos, bars, restaurants and beaches.

Our home has a large deck, perfect for lounging and staring at the stars. Our home has updated appliances, full kitchen, Alkaline Water Machine for clean drinking water.

We love our home and want you to have a fantastic stay! We know that you have taken great care in choosing us for your vacation. Our home is ideal for 6-8 people on stays longer than a weekend. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay more memorable.

As you enter the home, to your right is the mudroom where you can leave all of your toys and clothes. Conveniently, the washer and dryer is right there for you to start laundry.

Cook fantastic meals and have joyful conversations in our newly remodeled kitchen. We have stocked it with a wide variety of spices and whatever else you will need to make that gourmet meal. A dishwasher is available for your daily dishes.

After a long day of hiking, biking or whatever unique adventure you've discovered, sink into our ultra comfortable beds. All our bedrooms have been furnished with your best sleep in mind.

Last but certainly not least, is the dining area and living room. This is the heart of our home. Where we've reunited with family and dear friends. We have games to play as well as open spaces designed for conversations and alot of laughter!

This home was perfect for a weekend getaway for our family of 4 and our small dog. It felt clean and had everything we needed: heater, kitchen essentials, TV, board games, a jacuzzi, fire pit, comfortable beds, hot water, etc.The location was also great, just a short drive to South Lake Tahoe. We recommend staying here!

Booking this home was the best part of our entire trip. It was incredibly cozy and warm, providing the perfect space for us to stay with our friends’ family. The place was spotless, so we felt welcome and happy from the moment we checked in.We had a brief power outage on the first night, but the host handled it so quickly and professionally that we stayed warm and comfortable for the rest of our stay. The location is also unbeatable—it’s very close to Heavenly Ski Resort, and there are amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and bagel spots nearby. We truly hope to stay here again next time!

This property was amazing!! It had plenty of space for our friends and family and our fur babies! The host was quick to communicate and was very helpful throughout the entire stay! Being a short drive to the beach and other parts of south shore was a huge bonus as well! We absolutely loved our stay and will be back!

I booked a midweek getaway hoping for some peace and a reset — and this place delivered beautifully. The setting was serene, the air perfectly crisp without being too cold, and everything about the home felt welcoming. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the furnishings spotless, and the host’s communication was top-notch.The fireplace made the evenings wonderfully cozy, and the hot tub under a blanket of stars was an absolute treat. And as a bonus surprise after a long hike — they had Normatec legs and a foam roller! I felt like I wandered into my own little recovery retreat.Exactly what I needed. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

Perfect space for Lake Tahoe!

This house was so cute and a great location, especially if you’ll be skiing at Heavenly. The host was extremely helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at this Tahoe cabin! The home was spotless, cozy, and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. The fireplace made the cabin feel especially warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The hot tub was a huge highlight for us! Nothing better than soaking under the stars after a day of exploring Tahoe. The location was peaceful and private, yet still close to ski resorts and the town. The host was very responsive and made check-in and check-out easy!! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone and their family!

We had a wonderful stay. Location is great, close to casinos and Heavenly mountain. Host was very responsive and suggested some fabulous restaurants. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook in, updated appliances and alkaline water machine! Enjoyed the hot tub.
