Welcome to our nice family-friendly retreat designed for relaxing, playing, and making memories. Enjoy two cozy living rooms with 65” TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, and a basement entertainment area featuring a pool table, board games, and toys for all ages. Whether it’s game night or movie night, there’s space for everyone to unwind together.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with a king and queen on the main level, plus a queen and two full beds in the lower level. Two bathrooms are located on the main level, one next to the dining room and the second in the primary suite. The third bathroom is in the lower level. Fresh linens, a washer and dryer with detergent, and thoughtful touches make extended stays easy and comfortable.

Head outside to the covered patio to enjoy meals at the outdoor table or challenge each other to a game of cornhole. It’s the perfect setup for morning coffee, family dinners, or evening relaxation. There's a charcoal grill available for outdoor meals, guests need to provide their own supplies.

Traveling with little ones? We provide toys, kids’ kitchen utensils, a stroller, pack ’n play, and high chair to make family travel simple and stress-free.

Ample parking spaces provided, 3-4 spaces in the driveway/garage with street parking available if needed.

Beautiful and clean home away from home

We stayed there for nearly a month. Huge home, furnished very nicely. Owner was always prompt with any answers to questions. I would highly recommend staying there.

It's a big house that can sleep a lot of people, but sounds travel easily throughout the house. From the living rooms to the bedrooms....from bedrooms upstairs to downstairs. There are a lot of blankets in the house making it nice and cozy, but they turned the furnace room into a bedroom which was tough to sleep in. We really enjoyed the pool table and having some games to play together during our time!It was misleading that the main level requires a half flight of stairs to access, which was hard on the elderly in our group. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and only 1 bathroom with a tiny shower, so the logistics were a bit constrained on the bathroom front. For being able to accommodate a large group to sleep, there wasn't much for dining seating or cookware but there was plenty of seating if you include the couches.

Family affair

This property was perfect for our group. We brought our kids and grandkids to see more family and the zoo and other places. It is large enough that we were not cramped and plenty of room for family to stop by, centrally located and easy to get anywhere. Our host was very friendly and responded to our messages promptly.

Comfy and Welcoming

Our family had such a great stay at the Comfy Family and Kid friendly home! The space was beautiful and everything we needed four our family. There was room for everyone to spread out and enjoy some quiet time or come together for family time! The property was clean, comforting and well stocked. There was everythign we needed to make our getaway amazing!

Friendsgiving get together

6 hockey moms in need of a central location to home together for girl time. This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. The interior is decorated very cute. Comfortable beds. Great place for our get together. Thank you for sharing your home.

This house was a great place for our family to stay for a few days over spring break. Sarah was extremely responsive and helpful. The five bedrooms allowed our family to spread out. The 16month old even got a bedroom. We appreciated that there was a pack-n-play and high chair. The house was very clean. A couple of recommendations we would make for the future…. While there were plenty of plates and bowls, there was a limited number of drinking glasses (4). There also wasn’t any glass cookware/serving dishes. It would be helpful to have more hand towels for the bathrooms. The last thing is that the temperature was very hard to regulate. The basement was very cold and we couldn’t make it so it was comfortable on both levels. We still had a great time and would recommend this home!

New Years Eve!

Property was exactly how it was presented on VRBO. Cleanly and spacious. We had 8 guests and everyone slept comfortably. The property owner responded quickly if we ever needed anything, even on New Years Eve. Check in/out process was extremely easy.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!! Sarah was very kind and communicative. The house was clean and perfect for a large family group. The best part for me was the accommodations for children (house included a high chair, stroller, pack-n-play, kid toys, games, etc.) which made our trip that much smoother. I would highly recommend!

We liked the home very much. We enjoyed sitting outside in the back yard, however the grass was pretty tall and I think it should have been mowed before we checked in. Had fun with the cornhole game in the garage! Sarah was very accommodating, even supplying a crockpot for us as we had a specific meal planned. She also made sure that our checking was okay, checked in on us while there and provided check out instructions. Overall it was very clean but there was a few areas of mold in the caulking in the master shower. Plenty of coffee provided, but we only found 5 coffee cups, which left us short so we bought some "to go" cups at the store. Sleeping was fine. My only suggestion with that is maybe have 2 twin beds in one of the rooms with a double bed. Our party had 4 single men which made it a but awkward. I would also suggest putting a grab bar in the walk-in shower downstairs. One person in our party can only use a walk-in shower as he is unable to step over a bathtub side. I would recommend this place and would consider staying again.
