LA PLAYA ESTÁ LLAMANDO Y DEBO IR !!

Eleve su experiencia de Siesta Key con impresionantes vistas del Golfo hasta donde sus ojos puedan ver desde la comodidad de su condominio hermosamente amueblado. Te invitamos a que te quedes con nosotros en la Torre Sur de Crescent Arms (601S) ubicada directamente en la famosa playa de Crescent, el número 1.

Este condominio es un frente del GOLFO COMPLETO. ¡Usted puede ver el agua / playa desde cada habitación en el condominio! Salga a la terraza desde los dos dormitorios y desde la sala de estar / comedor. Disfrute de la playa desde el amanecer hasta la puesta del sol con actividades como caminar, nadar, correr, tomar el sol, voleibol, kayak, pasear en bote, pescar y bucear.

Cuando haya tenido suficiente sol, surf y arena, entonces entre y relájese con su bebida favorita, y observe la impresionante puesta de sol desde su lanai completamente apantallado.

La cocina tiene encimeras de granito y está completamente amueblada. Hay dos dormitorios y dos baños completos. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama tamaño KING y la habitación de invitados tiene DOS camas COMPLETAS. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana en cada habitación y acceso gratuito a Internet WIFI. Toda la ropa de cama y toallas de playa se suministran.

Beautiful view

Looking out from the enclosed balcony is the Gulf of Mexico and a view of the siesta key beaches. Great view of the most spectacular sunsets and the sound of the wave. We have stayed there twice so far. The owner is really easy to work with also. Highly recommend!

Sisters Vacation!

Beautiful condo. Breathtaking view. So convenient to the little market and restaurants. We used the trolley to go to restaurants further from the condo. Walking to the beach and the pool was a breeze. We were all so happy

The condo was beautiful with the most amazing views of the ocean. We will definitely be back! My husband and I brought four teenagers and they loved the area, easy to walk to get food, icecream and shopping.

Family Gathering

The condo us perfect for our family gathering - amazing view, clean and comfortable. The kitchen has all the items you may need on your visit. We are seniors in our 70's and 80's getthing together with our brother and his family who live in Sarasota. This was a perfect location for us. Unfortunitely, my husband was sick and unable to get down to the beach (this was his dream and we rented the condo expecially for him.) However, he felt like he had a beach vacation since he was able to see the beach and gulf from the condo and veranda. We will return another time.

This condo has a full view of the gulf across the whole front of the property with access to the lanai from each bedroom and front room to enjoy the view. It is very clean, bright and has everything you need. Our favorite place to stay,

Fantastic Virew

The Condo had a full ocean view, as advertised, from every room. We could sit on the couch and see just as well as being on the beach, but with air conditioning. Elaine was easy to reach when the internet did not work and she had it promptly fixed. Beds were comfortable, decor very nice, and the view can’t be beat. Gentle suggestions to perfect the stay would be a nonstick pan in the kitchen and a bathroom rug in front of the shower so you don’t slip on a wet floor. We had a fantastic time as old friends getting away to relax and rejuvenate. We would definitely book the condo again!

Beautiful Gulf front week in Siesta Key

Beautiful gulf front view across both bedrooms and living room. Both bedrooms and living room have sliding glass doors which you can leave open at night since the balcony is screened in. Enjoy the sound of ocean waves lulling you to sleep at night. Very comfortable beds and living room furniture. Easy beach access. White pristine sand. My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful week with my cousin and her husband. Many local restaurants to dine in so we only used kitchen for making breakfast and lunch. Would definitely return to this condo again.

One of the Best

This property was sparkling clean on arrival and well appointed with everything we would need including beach towels. We loved the relaxed family atmosphere, generally very quiet. The beach is amazing and having chairs available and set up was great. I would love to stay here again!

Beautiful condo and view so pretty is seemed fake!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The updated condo is beautifully furnished, the beds are comfortable and it’s nice having full instead of single beds. Everything you need is in this condo. The showers are new and aesthetically pleasing. The view is the best selling feature, waking up every day in every room to the view of the white sands and Gulf of Mexico! Elaine was communicative and helpful. We absolutely adored staying here and want to return in the future!

Incedible stay in 601S!

We have stayed on Siesta Key several times and our week in this unit was perfect. Check in was easy using the information provided by the owner. Right away we saw how nice the decor and furnishings were, and how clean the unit was upon arrival (impeccable!). The unit had all the amenities we needed, especially in the kitchen. It has been a while since we had a relaxing time to ourselves, and this place was the perfect place to enjoy ourselves and get some R&R. The view was amazing and it was so nice sitting on the (large) lenai listening to the waves. The beach was amazing (you can not beat that powder white sand!) and there is access to chairs/ lounges on site ( area is private for renters only) . The pool was a nice relaxing spot to visit. We didn't take advantage, but there was an outdoor grill available. The location was great, it is a nice walk over the entire beach length, but I rented a bike which was convenient (walked about a block to rent one), and one time used the Siesta Key Trolley which is a great way to get to either end of the island (Siesta Key Village on the north which has lots of restaurants and shopping, or Turtle Beach on the south which is great for shelling). During our visit we checked out some of the attractions within a walk or short drive (including the Sunday drum circle, Mote lab/aquarium, St. Armands circle, Sarasota bay front/marina, Myakka park). On our next visit we will seek this unit out!

Dated but ok

The condo has been updated but the building is still dated. My wife is handicapped and the only elevator went down and she struggled to get up to 6 floors. The elevator was not fixed until the next day.

We vacationed at Siesta Key 1976 and 'fell in love' with the 'powdery white' sandy beach. The sounds and sights of the gulf were so inviting, that we decided we wanted to own a piece of paradise. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we have and that you will create your own memories.
