Our guests have full access to every part of the home and backyard, with the exception of a downstairs mechanical room reserved for storage and maintenance.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

- BEDS: The property comfortably accommodates 6 guests, with additional sofa beds and couches available for up to 4 more guests.

- BABIES: Traveling with little ones? We provide at least one pack-n-play portable crib for your convenience.

- BUGS and NATURE: Our home is professionally treated to keep bugs outside, but some may wander in. Please help us maintain cleanliness by keeping doors closed.

- GAS for GRILL: Propane for the grill is included with your stay! If you need to exchange a tank due to oversight, we’ll reimburse a one-time fill-up.

- INTERNET and TV: Enjoy high-speed 5G internet for all your streaming needs. Our TVs come equipped with popular apps, and you can use the YouTubeTV account by selecting the app and logging in as "Good Vibes" (please send a screenshot if prompted for credentials).

- MAINTENANCE CALLS: We strive to minimize disturbances. If maintenance is needed, we will always attempt to communicate with you in non-emergency situations.

- PARTIES and CONFETTI: Parties are not allowed. Small gatherings for celebrations (birthdays, graduations, etc.) are permitted with prior disclosure and must include all guests in the reservation count. Undisclosed parties will result in eviction without a refund. Please refrain from using glitter, confetti, or powders, as they can stain floors.

- PETS: We welcome your furry friends! Please include your pet in the headcount for proper preparation. Our pet fee covers basic cleaning for up to two dogs but does not cover excessive shedding, damages, or messes, which may incur additional charges. Keep pets off furniture and linens, and for their safety, please do not bring aggressive or nervous pets, as our property is unfenced and neighbors have friendly dogs.

- TRASH: Large trash cans are located near the deck. The blue can is for recycling, and the black can is for general waste. Extra trash bags are provided under the kitchen sink. For longer stays, please place large bins by the curb on Wednesday evening for Thursday collection.

SAFETY CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE:

Guests are not expected to clean the house—that’s covered by the cleaning fee. However, we ask you to place all garbage in provided bags (including recyclables) and wash/return any used dishes before checking out to prevent food odors. Simply ensure that everything is turned off and fires are out before departing.

AVOID FINES:

We have three strict fines:

- Smoking: $1,000 fine for smoking anywhere on the property.
- Stained Bedspreads: $50 charge for replacement.
- Unbagged Waste: $50 fine for placing unbagged solid waste in outdoor cans, as this poses a safety issue.

Other damages or excessive messes will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and may result in additional charges. Cleaning fees cover standard costs only; deep cleans and excessive messes may incur extra fees.

Fines are rare but occur when guests overlook the house rules or leave significant messes.
