The apartment has 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. In the living area there is a sofa bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a table. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and an additional, separate toilet. The apartment is designed for 5 people and is an ideal choice for a family or group of friends.
The Feniks tenement house, where the apartment is located, was built in 1932. There are 2 elevators in the tenement house, all apartments are air-conditioned. We are located in the center of the beating heart of the city - the Main Square. You can get here on foot, within a 5-10 minute walk there are many tram and bus stops. The main train station is a 15 minute walk away.
The building is located in a limited traffic zone. Driving and parking in the zone is only allowed with a permit. We have one paid parking space at our guests' disposal, reservation is required.
