Feniks Lagoon is a real gem that has no equal among the apartments on the entire Main Square. From the high windows of the apartment located on the corner of the tenement house, you can admire the entire Market Square, the Cloth Hall, and St. Mary's Church. You can admire the extraordinary views from comfortable seats in the windows or from the large bed, if you feel like it.
- We kindly ask all guests to confirm their arrival time with the reception.
- The reception is located on the 3rd floor and is open daily from 9:00 to 18:00. You can store your luggage with us before check-in and after check-out
- The location of the building in the heart of the city has its price - you cannot expect perfect silence here.
- Organizing any parties (especially stag/hen parties) in the apartment or in the building is strictly prohibited, smoking and keeping animals is strictly prohibited.
- Breakfast is available as a voucher to be used in a nearby cafe for PLN 50.

The apartment has 1 bedroom with a bed, 200 x 200 cm. In the living space there is a sofa bed for 2 people, as well as an equipped kitchenette and a table with four chairs. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. In the bathroom with a shower, our guests will also find a hairdryer, and in the kitchenette there are pots, tableware, cutlery, a kettle, a microwave. Guests also have a washing machine at their disposal, as well as an iron with an ironing board, coffee, tea, sugar and salt. We provide high-quality bedding and towels.
The Feniks tenement house, where the apartment is located, was built in 1932. There are 2 elevators in the tenement house, all apartments are air-conditioned. We are located in the center of the beating heart of the city - the Main Square. You can get there on foot, within a 5-10 minute walk there are many tram and bus stops. The main train station is a 15-minute walk away.
The building is located in a restricted traffic zone. Driving and parking in the zone is only allowed with a permit. We have one paid parking space at our guests' disposal, reservation is required.
