It features three spacious bedrooms: a primary with a king bed and en-suite, a second king bedroom, and a third with bunk beds and a daybed for 4 guests. Both couches convert into beds. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV, yoga mats, BBQ, and in-house laundry. A pack `n-play is also available. The home offers a south-facing dining room balcony and an east-facing balcony off the primary bedroom.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest`s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ You have three parking spots in the driveway, and while garage parking isn’t included, it can be made available upon request!

➤ There’s one locked downstairs hallway closet that’s off-limits, but other than that, the place is all yours to enjoy. Guests will have access to the entire unit, feel free to make yourself at home!

➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.

1. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so I can effectively prepare for the next guests.

6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $25 charge per each additional half-hour stay.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.

8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.

9. Any extension requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled checkout time will incur a $50 fee.
